The Local Guide
Truly a hometown little Italian market located in the heart of Bristol PA. It’s on a small side street and fits in with the surrounding homes. Family owned and operated for over 100 years. They are famous for the Italian Hoagie, 24 inches of Italian meats and sharp cheese. I was told, You can’t get onions, because MOM doesn’t like them. Well I ordered the Italian hoagie and it was delicious. The seeded roll and the sharp cheese you can’t beat it. Parking can be hard but we’ll worth the trip. It will run you $23

The hoagie was complete trash. I asked for lettuce and oil on my Italian hoagie. I got plain hoagie which significantly lack flavor. On top of that, you can’t go inside the store, you have to ring a bell to get your order taken. Furthermore, the lady that took my order came back after 2 minutes. Therefore their hoagies are already premade and are not fresh. Avoid this abysmal place and save your money.

Hands down the best Italian hoagie ever. The family who runs this place are also very friendly. One hoagie is enough at least 2 people, it’s around 2ft long. Call ahead to order – once they run out of bread for the day they can’t make any more hoagies. Worth the hype!

You can’t even go inside the store and look around. You have to ring the doorbell for service, or call in your order. They deliver the order to the door as you wait on the sidewalk. I ordered a large Italian hoagie. It was just a long sandwich really. No lettuce, no onions. Just tomatoes , meat and cheese. I would never go back again. Very disappointed.

If the Italian special is too simple for you, that’s okay maybe you should try primo or something – but just know that this is what Sicilian Americans enjoyed in Bristol for over three generations

Brought two of these hoagies to a friends house warming party. My friends couldn’t believe the taste, size, and overall awesomeness of these. Always amazing!!

Have gotten their Italian hoagie for years. Always fresh cheese and meats and rolls. The only downfall is that a lot of times I get the urge for one of their Hoagies on a Monday and they are closed then LOL. They’re amazing and delicious.
