We waited around 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or came to take our order. When the food finally started arriving, one dish was missing, so we had to wait again.
We asked for extra bowls to split a portion for the kids, but they brought tiny bowls that looked like pet bowls — definitely not usable. They also didn’t have scissors to cut noodles, which is something most pho places offer, especially when dining with children.
All the dishes were plastic, and even those had chips and scratches, which didn’t feel clean or safe.
Unfortunately, this place ranks last on my list of pho restaurants. I wouldn’t return.

Do not let the reviews fool you. The pho here has a lovely broth, and the main dishes are very good. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to other restaurants. If you dine in, the service might not be the most exceptional, do not take it personally if things do not go perfectly. Keep this well priced restaurant open!

The taste was good, with the pork chop being better than the grilled chicken. The pork chop was nicely grilled and juicy. The chicken was a bit dry and less flavorful. Overall, the portions were generous and the price was reasonable. The service was mediocre. Worth trying once, but unlikely to return.

The male employee taking orders and assisting people is incredibly rude. When I asked if I could sit outside, he visibly rolled his eyes and made an annoyed face and told us they are only seating indoors (which is fine, but it was his facial expressions that threw me off). He roughly placed our drinks and sides on the table as well. We did not feel comfortable and/or welcomed. The food is good, but the service is trash.

Food is ok, several vegetarian options. But the tofu mushroom clay pot we ordered had no mushrooms. There’s no other similar clay pot dish so I’m not sure how this happened.

My family and I waited nearly 15 minutes and no one came by nor offered water or took our order while we were seated. When I looked up at the man who was at the register when he was walking outside, he looked at me and said “wait” rudely and walked off. Then proceeded to help another customer who just walked in. It was uncourteous service, we left and won’t be back.

I just ordered food through DoorDash, so I can’t address the restaurant’s atmosphere, but o will say that the order came really quickly, and the Pho was absolutely delicious…maybe the best we’ve ever had! I’m really looking forward to trying additional dishes from Mays Vietnamese!
