8/15/23 2:45 pm. Ordered a sausage, egg with cheese on croissant , I noticed that the sausage was too dark, thought it might be just came out from the warmer. It tasted like it’s not fresh or Old, Just had a few bites. Half an hour later, I got the worst stomach pain. Their ice coffee was terrible. Don’t come here and You will regret.

I just tried to go to this location and as I pulled up they said “just so you know…we close in literally 2 minutes and we don’t have anything.” Google says they close at 10pm? I pulled in the drive through at 7:58pm. So I’m confused. And the Dunkin’ app is still letting me place a pick up order…and it’s past 8pm now, so someone is lying and I don’t think it’s Google or the Dunkin’ app.

This is a perfect example of a horribly run store. Every time I go there I feel like I’m on a prank show. The employees are so sloppy and lazy about literally everything they do. From the drive thru communication to the quality of the drinks, and the fact that they mess up a simple order the MAJORITY of the time is startling. The main lady that started a year or so ago is simply awful. So unfriendly, always looks dirty and unkept, and always gets the order wrong. Terrible terrible store managed horribly. Who is hiring these people? Wipe clean and start from scratch. Good lord.

New store in the area that opened in the past couple years. There is seating for about 20 people and the food is always fresh. They carry a bunch of good that you can take home including coffee souvenirs and mugs. There is a drive thru and plenty of parking available.

Sunday mornings are always crazy at Dunkin, and my order did take longer than usual to make, but I appreciated the service of the young man at the register this morning. I was appalled by the amount of rude customers him and other workers had to deal with. He made sure to check on my order and thanked me for waiting. Whoever this guy is- he’s doing great!!

The store should open at 6 but it’s 6:15 and store is still close. And Big NO to Adriana who works at night shift at drive thru. Their is a promotion going on that 2 for $5 Croissant Egg and Cheese with Bacon. I asked her that if I can get it without bacon and the lady “ Adriana “ 5:30 am in the morning said no we can’t do that. Then I ask if I can get bacon on the side and she said NO. Adriana is losing Business and she was saying bad words when the window was close.

BIG NO NO NO NO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Employees who work here are **** . I ordered croissant egg and cheese and medium size drink the guy charged me bacon egg and cheese on croissant and large drink 2 dollar extra that’s no no to place. But I went there again and other egg and cheese extra tossed, and he tossed just the croissant and egg was not even hot it was like room temperature and cheese was not melted. I requested all of you who have read this post please don’t go there.
