The Pad Thai is the best I’ve ever had and the Chow Mein is too. The spice is perfect and the veggies are fresh and delicious. I regularly drive from over 50 minutes away just to get a meal here. You will NOT be disappointed.

I come from a large city out-of-state where there’s access to food of ALL cultures, flavorful and authentic. Here, though, it is a struggle getting your hands on good Chinese, Korean, or Thai food outside the Spokane/CDA area. In Newport, the Chinese restaurant is known for its BURGERS . So when we discovered this Thai truck in Priest River (I’m based out of Newport), we were skeptical but optimistic. Skeptical because it never seemed to be open, so we didn’t know if it was still operating, but excited because the reviews online and the pictures reminded me of Thai takeout back home. Last year we went when the hours on the truck were posted and ordered a drunken noodle and pad Thai—and it was EXACTLY what my heavenly pregnant body wanted, and reminded me of good Thai cuisine in the city. I craved it all the time, and even now a year later I catch myself splurging on a spicy pad Thai. It’s a little pricey, but the flavor and quantity you get make it worth it! The portion is big enough to split into two, to make 2 smaller lunches if needed! Folks who have lived here for years don’t know about this place, so I definitely think a relocation would help their business! If they posted their truck in the Super One, Safeway, or Dollar Tree parking lot they would get a LOT more business!! He’ll, I’d be up for painting a new logo on their truck for them just for a month of free pad Thai
