I got a quick plate here to eat. It was good. I enjoyed it. Delicious. The lemon juice from here was really good too. The lemon juice was a bit sweet but really tasty. I appreciate the service here .

Came in for chicken adobo and clearly ordered rice with it. Told the girl twice. Got home and no rice. Called back ask why there was no rice and the guy only wanted to argue that i didn’t order rice. Why would i order chicken adobo without rice. I wouldn’t. If you order from this place. Make sure you check your order before you leave. Almost $40 for half of what i ordered. Only to get argued with. Great customer service. Thanks for half i guess.

I’m Pinoy myself, so I know really good authentic Filipino food when I try it. These are the genuine flavors of my homeland, and I love how everything inside is presented as well (GMA on the TV, iconic decor and images from the Philippines, etc.)

As you are waiting in line awesome items are available for purchase, like the tangy achara (best with fried pork skins or chichaerones) and diles (anchovies).

I had Kare kare (oxtail beef with veggies like bok choy in a peanut stew) and lechon kawali (roast pork to a crisp). Both were flawless. Kare kare was savory and thick and nutty. Lechon was salty and satisfying.

Customer service kindly provided an ice cup for my refreshing calamansi juice, even when I was a klutz and spilled the first. Great place and homely vibes.

Highly recommended.

Incredible service, people, and food. Been going here before I knew how to walk, 20+ yrs later still a great atmosphere. Original people w/ new faces. Just like there menu classic dishes w/ a few newly added items. But the flavor is timeless. A staple to the Carson community and Filipino culture.
Dine in just as good too!

The food, the atmosphere are usual for such a place. The only issue is at the end, when we had to pay the bill. There was a policy where you had to pay $25 per person unless the total cost of items is atleast $100. The issue is that we have not been clearly notified that this policy was in place. Even when given the bill, we were not offered to get more items to hit the $100 threshold. Lastly, we were told the policy at the end, when the bill has already been given out (too late). For the managers and other staff in the proper higher level position, be more transparent about such important policies, preferably placing them at the front door, where everyone can see. Other places such as Gerry’s Grill don’t have these policies.

We ignored this place living in this area for about 8 years, so don’t make the mistake I made. The “nilagang baka” (beef broth with veggies) is definitely recommended. Their “pancit” (Filipino’s version of chow mein), “pakbet” (veggies with pork and shrimp paste) and the “beef kaldereta” (Filipino style beef stew) were awesome and really authentic taste on my opinion.
