Ommmmgggeeee! I’m officially making this my lunch spot! If you’re not ordering from this Thai place you are MISSING OUT! Every item was soo flavorful ! The crab Rangoon was out of the world ! My Beef Noodle soup was so delish! I got medium spicy and it was the perfect amount! I’m not afraid of giving my full honest review and this right here my friends hit every spot ! I kept getting out my seat to do a happy dance 🙂 I didn’t even want anything to drink with this, I refused to get full off of liquids lol. All of this needed to be consumed. So excited to come back, they have gained a customer for lifeeeee !!

I have been to Thailand many times, I love Thai food and also cook it myself so I’m a tough critic! Her restaurant is the best truely Thai restaurant and I highly recommend you try her restaurant. She makes each dish to order just how you like it as far as how spicy it is or any other requests. Give the maya grapao a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently tried this new Thai food truck near my house for the first time, and I was blown away by how delicious everything was. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — truly some of the best Thai food I’ve had in a long time!

What makes it even better is the lovely couple who run the truck. They cook and serve the food themselves, and you can tell they put their heart into every dish. They’re incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming — it really adds a personal touch to the whole experience.

I’m so glad to have such a wonderful food truck in the neighborhood. Highly recommend trying it out — you won’t be disappointed!

I visited this Thai food spot today, and despite it being a small food truck, the food was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were both very hungry, so we ordered Tom Yum soup and Kra Pao. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful — some of the best we’ve had in the area.

We ordered online and the system told us the wait time would be around 20+ minutes. Even though the food was ready within the expected time, the owner still apologized politely for the wait. He was extremely friendly and respectful, which made the experience even better.

The dishes also looked exactly like the photos — fresh, vibrant, and very appetizing. And the taste was even better than what we expected. Everything was delicious, authentic, and clearly made with care.

Overall, wonderful food and wonderful service. Definitely highly recommended! We will absolutely be coming back.

I wanted to try this place based on the previous ratings, and as I was in the area yesterday, I put the address into my GPS. I was not at all prepared for what I found when I arrived.

The directions were leading me through a residential neighborhood, and I was expecting to pull up to a brick-and-mortar restaurant, but instead I turned into this wide parking lot in front of what looked to be a private home with an arts and crafts jewelry store attached to it. And in front of that was Maya Noodle and Rice. It’s not a restaurant per se, but actually a food stand. Not to be deterred or to judge a book by its cover, I got out of my car and walked up to the window.

The gentleman on the other side greeted me warmly and asked me if I was there to pick up an online order. I told him I had yet to place one, so he directed me to the menu on the side of the window and the QR code to scan if I wanted to peruse and order from the menu from the comfort of my car. As I knew what I wanted (the tom yum noodle soup), I opted to stand at the window and order.

After I placed my order, I paced the parking lot to enjoy the beautiful, temperate summer evening. In the time it took for my order to be fulfilled (about15 minutes), three other customers came and went. I surmised that they do a brisk business, and it allayed any doubts I had about the veracity of the previous reviews.

Once I got home, I opened the bag and found that the dry ingredients (rice noodles, cilantro, lime wedge) were placed separately in a covered bowl, while the steaming broth (tom yum soup with my choice of protein, shrimp) was put into its own container. I eagerly combined the two by pouring the soup into the bowl with the noodles. I whipped out my chopsticks and spoon and got to work on my dinner. It was so worth the wait: the soup was flavorful, although it could have been spicier for my taste. I ordered it medium spicy, but I feel it was more like mildly spicy. The spice level not withstanding, the tom yum noodle soup did not disappoint. It was hearty, and the shrimp were cooked just right. The flavors of sour, sweet, and savory combined in a symphony of culinary harmony.

I will be going back for more from this tiny little gem of a place off the beaten bath. If you enjoy Thai street food, this is one place you’ll want to visit.
