Probably one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. The staff is amazing, the energy there is great, warm and hospitable. Coming from NY, majority of the pizza was just heavy stacked cheese, there was healthy portion of toppings great thin crust and on top of that, the pizza appearance looked great. To have that much weight of cheese is just overkill. Definitely bang for your buck but it terms of pizza flavor it just didn’t do it for us. Definitely seems to be a local favorite though

The best place for pizza and such. We ordered multiple things but i only was able to snap a few pictures because husband and kids started eating right away. Veggie pizza is absolutely delicious and also the Hawaiian. The buffalo wings are BOMB and garlic bread yummy! We had a big order and only took 30mints to prepare all, very well done. For comparison the Large garlic bread is basically 2 hot dog buns size (4 half’s) so next time i know how many to order. I couldn’t recommend this enough, first time trying and loved it! Also forgot to ask the name of the person that took my order but they were extremely polite and understood everything i asked for, 5 stars for costumer services!

Great place and great food. Well worth stopping in.

Don’t let the outside fool you, the pizza is wonderful and quick to the table or counter.
Folks inside are super nice.

Heads up though, besides water, it’s bring your own soft drink (BYOSD).

The staff was helpful and polite, but the food was barely edible. I ordered a calzone and it had ZERO cheese in it for some reason and no cheese or oil on the outside. Just dry dough filled with meat . The pizza looked good, but again very dry and over cooked. The margherita pizza was just pesto and tomato slices. If the staff hadn’t been so pleasant this would definitely be a 1 star rating. Tried to call to speak to them about the issues and despite their website and Facebook stating they were open until 9, no one was answering the phone at 8:30.

Brandon House of Pizza used to be a community staple. The prior owners were frequently seen working and seemed to know every face in the community. The pizza was excellent and the prices were great. This unfortunately has changed with the new owners. The food tastes cheaper but prices increased and the staff isn’t anywhere near overly friendly. I would not recommend this place going forward, as I always used to.

We have been loyal BHOP customers since moving to Leicester in 2019. This was the absolute worst pizza we’ve ever gotten. More cheese than crust, barely any toppings. We will be looking for a new pizza place.

I’ve been here a couple times and have always come away satisfied. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The service is also quite speedy, which is definitely a plus. I will certainly be back when I return to the area. P.S. The fries are dope!

Food was so so. We were passing thru from NY and stopped heading south….I just got a cup of what they called corn chowder and my husband got an Italian sub. His was the typical sub so that was ok, I however was presented with not corn chowder but thick potato soup with some corn and a lot of cut up ham in it. I have never ever had corn chowder with ham in it but I have had potato soup with ham and corn. Big difference in the texture because in normal corn chowder, the corn is cooked down to have a creamy consistency.

This place used to be awesome. Now that it is under new ownership, it is FAR less than awesome. My pizza crust was so tough it was inedible. And my meatball sub was even worse. The meatballs and sauce on the sub were clearly very old and very overcooked. All around awful experience and we will not go back. We miss the previous owners and their staff, very much!

I ordered pizza for a work event. Luckily a closer establishment was not take phone calls last night when we attempted to order from them them. Brandon House of Pizza was our lucky alternative even though a 20-minute drive I volunteered to drive to pick them up. We ordered 12 pizzas. They were ready on time Aunt. We’re above and beyond all of our expectations. All of our associates love them very much. The toppings were spread out evenly and each slice had just the appropriate proportion. Unfortunately, we had to order two additional pizzas for later on in the evening and to say the price that we were charged was an unreasonable and unfair price as an understatement. $21 for a cheese pizza right is to me a ridiculous price for anyone to pay, especially the hard-working associates that live close by. We made sure to let them all know. What a great value and price the Brandon House of Pizza provided us and to top it all off two. Very kind. Gentlemen carried the pizzas to my car for me. So not only does Brandon House at Pizza give you a tremendous value. They give you great customer service as well. All that I greeted while I was there were very friendly. So thank you to you all. Kudos to you. Thank you for all your hard work!!!
