Wow, great Filipino food and a nice clean and beautifully modern decorated place. I had the pork skewer lunch special with the garlic rice, it comes with pancit Bihon. It was so delicious. The dipping sauce had a nice, strong but not overpowering, citrus flavor I’m going to have to try may other dishes now that I know how good it is. I also tried the buko fruit salad (coconut jelly with fruits and topped with vanilla ice cream.
Well worth it. The portion was perfect, I when you a little of that garlic rice she pancit. You will not be disappointed, whether you love Filipino food or haven’t tried it yet.

Nice service. But the parking dirty. Has animal feces everywhere near the entrance to the restaurant. Customer accidentally stepping on it. Restaurant is clean. But please maintain a clean entrance area outside. Shoutout to Nacy for her exceptional Service. Till next time.

The place is clean and the ambience is great. They have singer on weekends that really sings good songs and can sing requested asking. Also, she can let you sing or sing duet. The food quality is good and price is decent. The staff are so friendly and attentive to customer needs. Also, the bathroom is very clean.

Great foods! Everything that we ordered was amazing, but the crispy pata was the best! Wonderful service from Karlo.

The service was very nice. Our waiter Rollie took care of us, and always checked in on us. Loved the eggrolls and our main dishes. The skewers were so yummy, and the sauces were made just right to compliment the dishes. The dessert was also so good, and we got the leche flan and halo-halo. Would recommend if you want to try something new!

We had a great dining experience at Max’s! We ordered fresh lumpia, kare-kare, garlic rice, fried bangus, barbecue, and halo-halo — and everything tasted delicious. The food was freshly cooked and flavorful. The place is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back again!

I tried a little bit from several dishes and the lechon was hands down my favorite thing they had. The pork was so full of flavor that I finally understood what it’s like to be taken to flavortown and I will be going back there, especially with that sauce. Truly decadent. The crispy skin was also .
Everything else was good to pretty good, really no complaints! I doubt you could go wrong with any of the menu items if my selection is anything to go off of.
The waitress we had was also very kind and patient with us.

Filipino food at its finest. Home of Philippine fried chicken. Sarap to the bones. Favorite garlic fried rice and dating na bangus. Karlo the sales associate always makes our to go and dining experience the best. He is very accommodating and helpful. Today we ordered pansit mix a little salty to our taste. Half Fried chicken is perfectly cooked. Dating na bangus to go.

When my husband and I went here for the first time, the food was amazing. I wanted to relive that experience so after much deliberation, we decided to come here. I told my husband “At least we know Max’s will be good.” Sadly, I was wrong.
We ordered a whole fried chicken, bulalo, garlic fried rice/sinangag, and coconut/buko juice. The bulalo ($28) was clearly watered down. It was SO bland and it had scarcely any vegetables or meat. There was one chunk of cabbage, two green beans, two small pieces of corn, and three tiny pieces of meat in a giant bowl of clearly watered down soup. When I told the server, he apologized and told me he will get me some more chunks of meat. He later came back with a bowl that actually had chunks of meat and vegetables and–most notably–a flavorful broth that is not at all watered down. You could even visibly see the fat globules on the new bowl vs what looks like brown water in the old bowl. At this point we were already full from eating the rice and fried chicken. We poured our bland soup back into the old bowl and just took a few spoonfuls from the new one. We left the old bowl behind but we packed up the replacement bowl. It will be my husband’s lunch for tomorrow so I guess not all is lost, but it’s a bummer that we couldn’t enjoy together. The fried chicken was just OK. The garlic fried rice was the best part of this meal.
I feel bad for the introverts who are not able to advocate for themselves because they’ll probably just suffer through eating watered down bulalo instead of complaining and getting what they paid for. I’m glad I was able to speak up, and I’m glad the server was able to rectify this for me. This is not the server’s fault. However, based on principle alone, we will not be coming back.
