The prime rib special on Saturday night was wonderful! It was a large thick portion well marbled. The only negative was that I ordered medium and got medium rare. But, I like medium rare at least as much, so it was great!

Was recommended this breakfast place by a local bartender from the night before. We pulled in and seen 4 fishing boats already 8n the parking lot. My words to everyone in the truck were, “Well it looks like the fishermen are here. It must be good.
We had seven in our group and they easily had room for us. I had the cinnamon roll french toast and a side of hash browns extra crispy. It tasted great.
Everyone left happ and full. Looking at stopping for lunch on our next trip in late July.

One of the best breakfasts ive had in such a long time. Between the warm welcoming staff and waitress Kaitlyn everything was wonderful. The steak and eggs were perfectly cooked; warm and fast.

The most rediculous desserts and pastries ever assembled. Great home town restaurant the locals love. Our meal was just OK, but the sweets are a must stop road trip destination!
Connected to the cheese shop and Best Western Plus hotel. Makes for an awesome stay!!

Wait staff excellent Jessie N. Was absolutely fantastic and very friendly. I was so impressed I almost left a 20 tip instead 15 on a 25 dollar bill. She’s a special kind of waitress that are few and far between. Jessie was very well dressed mannered and attentive to our every need from the moment we walked in the door until we walked out. I’d recommend eating there as often as possible.

We both ordered the country fried steak and eggs. One scrambled and one over easy.
The first issue was the over hard eggs that were not only visibly hard but were served rather than remade. Eventually they were corrected.
The second issue was the steak. The meat was a chunk of steak dipped in batter. As a steak it would have been acceptable but as a dish that should be pounded to a tenderized 1/2″ thick it was not.
This is disappointing for an establishment I bragged up to my breakfast companion

Food was overall good. Corned beef hash could have done for a little salt, but the true star is the steak and desserts. A true, well-done steak that is done and juicy is a hidden gem. Hats off to the chef. The desserts were so beautiful it was hard to choose. Casey made sure if everything was exactly as we requested. It’s totally worth the walk across the street for some good food and great price.

Very good walleye with fries. Menu has unique recipes from the area to enjoy. Friendly and engaging service. Spotted Cow beer outstanding. Beer comes with beautiful frosted mugs. A very Wisconsin expierience.
