Maury’s was AMAZING. I have to start by giving a shout-out to our waitress, Jen. She was so friendly, prompt, and attentive. You could tell her smile was as genuine as it was warm and kind.
I have been to Maury’s before, and I LOVE the atmosphere and vibe. Plus, the uniqueness of pickles as one of the complimentary starters really surprised me in a good way.
That brings me to the food. I’ve had the prime rib and the lasagna before, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Tonight I opted to get the full slab of ribs and my brother went with the ribeye. We also started with the Bang Bang Chicken and a ceasar/house salad for each of us respectively. The chicken was very flavorful and tender and the portion size was excellent. My brother even had the bright idea to use some of the bang bang chicken along with the complimentary roll, some pickles, and some of his salad to make a small slider.
Now… let me get to these entrees… When I say these were the BEST ribs that I have had in a LONG time, if not ever… They literally fell off the bone; I didn’t even have to bite/gnaw at it. The flavor of the sauce was nothing short of spectacular, too. It had a pleasant zip to it, but wasn’t spicy. There was a good balance of tang and sweet to it, too… 10/10 dish. It truly could not have been a better dining experience.
Thank you, again, to Jen and the staff at Maury’s.

Wow what a fantastic old school place! The food the service the ambiance they were all spot on! We started off with the carpaccio and when I am moaning and groaning as I am chewing each bite, you know it is good. We both went with the New York strips and baked potato Plus french onion soup for me and Greek salad for her and we were in heaven.
This is a must stop! And you have to talk to the 83-year-old matriarch, what a lovely spry woman!

First time eating here and the experience was amazing. The old time atmosphere was super cool. Food was good but the steak wasn’t all that so I will get something different next time. The French onion soup was some of the best I’ve had and the bread and pickles were delicious and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed ourselves and are planning on going back soon.

We loved MTC. From the old school throwback feel and patina, to the awesome filets. No negative from us. Just an all around awesome experience for our first visit here. Joey was our server and also did a great job. Oh yea, you gotta try the coleslaw and peanuts !
We will definitely be back.

Nice place for a family get together. The service was top notch, the menu was full of nostalgic dishes that were decently priced, everything our party ordered was cooked very well. I had the special, beef wellington, the filet was perfectly cooked, and the pastry was nice and golden. My husband had the surf and turf, the lobster was succulent, the steak perfectly cooked to medium rare, the sides were freshly made and everyone around the table had a great meal. The prices were reasonable considering the high quality of the food, the service was top notch as the server doted on us. It just seemed odd that the restaurant was not that busy, that’s a shame such food nice atmosphere, full bar, we were not rushed out the door like most places who need to turn tables quickly. This place is truly a must see item if traveling to Cincinnati.

Well, I had really high expectations. The atmosphere is phenomenal. Classic 40’s vibe. The server was even better. She was mixing drinks, serving, etc. never missed a beat. What is most impressive about her was the AC was broken. So it got very warm inside, but she kept moving with a great attitude.
We ordered steaks because that is what you do when you go to a steak place. They were decent for the price. The issue we had was the kitchen accidentally cooked our steaks in reverse. How I wanted mine is how they prepared the other steak and vice versa. They made it correct for us, with sincerity. In fact they even comped us a desert for the inconvenience. All in all, given the broken AC, we are willing to visit again and give it a try. The upside potential is worth it.

The food is amazing! By far in the top 3 steaks I’ve ever had. However, service could have been a bit better. It was Valentine’s Day, though, and they were busy. Prices are super great for the quality of food you get. Very affordable and enjoyable! Parking can be hard, but we parked at the auto shop across the street and did not have any issues.

Atmosphere was great. Service was good. Food was not great. Worst filet I’ve ever eaten. It had next to no flavor and was very dry. The server told me multiple times that a lot of people say the steaks are too spicy. I’ve never eaten a spicy steak in my life. That’s like a kid calling toothpaste spicy. When I asked the waitress how she was doing she said OK which is how our food was. Won’t be going back there

Comforting location with that old-timey, classic Steakhouse atmosphere. Friendly staff with attentive service.
An upstairs and downstairs seating area. So just know that to navigate to your seat. The menu provides a good variety of choices that includes steak, pork chops, chicken, seafood. Also a good selection of sides. There is a bar/cocktail and a limited dessert menu.
We had a family party of 8 that they were able to accommodate with a reservation. While a couple may be able to be seated, I do recommend reservations. The food was outstanding in preparation and taste. The menu for this type of food was reasonably priced. Just an overall enjoyable experience.
