As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ordered a large shake, was charged for a large shake and handed a medium cup. Dude even said “that’s a medium soda”… so give me the large. Refused to give me the dink I paid for. So I canceled my order. Straight up robbery charging for an uncharge while trying to give them a medium cup.

The Checkers in my area serves consistently good food — the fries are always hot, the burgers are well-prepared, and service is generally quick. Unfortunately, the location itself leaves much to be desired. The surrounding area feels unsafe, and it has clearly become a hub for illicit activity, which makes stopping by after dark a concern. While I appreciate the quality of the food, the environment significantly detracts from the overall experience. Perhaps the space could be revitalized in the future — turning it into a pickleball court might even be a safer and more community-friendly use of the property.

African American male with dreads and beard looked to be manager was extremely rude I waited for 15 min at stand up window watched 5 cars pull out drive thru was empty I proceeded to wait another 5 min then tapped on glass he came up extremely rude told me I would wait if I was that hungry and he didn’t see me it was three workers moving back and forth I made eye contact with all of them he slammed window in my face also you could look through window and see a bunch of old chicken in a white box looked like they were serving it to folks

All the burgers nothing but a slab a burnt meat and a slice of cheese thrown on, no other ingredients, I didn’t have an attitude or demand anything at all. I moved to the other side like they told me and waited 20 minutes. Needless to say I didn’t eat this joke (see picture).
