If you like cats, the Mauhaus is a hidden gem for relaxation and play! There are multiple cats in the room at any given time; all with unique personalities and energy levels for patrons to enjoy. Kids and adults can also enjoy delicious treats and beverages such as latte, milk, juice, etc. Lastly, the Mauhaus staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Reservations are required and can be made via the website.

This was a cute little spot with some great little cats. We had come after a host of kiddos came in so that meant these little ones was tired and overstimulated. Although this was the case, they were still approachable and cute. The staff was kind and busy. They were working along with greeting guests and helping keep things cleaned. Keep in mind that these are cats so there is a little odor, however, I have to say this probably was one of cleanest places. The odor was very minimum which was amazing (I have a huge issue with smells, and it didn’t bother me at all). Parking is a pain but that’s not their fault. Plan on packing a block away and walking to the main location. The menu was well priced. We did not try anything because it wasn’t our goal, but from what others were enjoying, it looks great.

Super cute place, love the atmosphere with the kitties and the service. I wasn’t a huge fan of the food or drinks, but that was definitely just my tastes. It was very catered to vegan/gluten free, which is awesome for those people, but that’s just not me. The hot chocolate was okay, but I was there for the kitties and they were so sweet!

My family enjoyed our visit to the cat cafe. We counted about 7 cats, 3 of which were sleeping while we were there, but the others were friendly and playful. There were various cat toys for people to play with the cats if they wanted to. We appreciated that the staff told us how a couple of cats with orange collars could get a little feisty, so we knew to be a little more cautious when approaching them for petting.

Food, iced tea and coffee were ok, but, let’s be real…we didn’t go for those things. We went to see the kitty cats! First time visitors and had a lot of fun! Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Cats were well cared for, one had an eye infection, when I asked about it, I was told they were treating it. Clean space for the type of place and the amount of cats!! Well laid out and lots of climbing and hiding spots for the cats. We will be back, highly recommend!

My friend and I made an appointment to visit on a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately. As this was our first visit, we were given a brief orientation. After ordering our drinks, we went in to meet the kitties. It was a fun hour of petting cats and swapping stories about our own pets with others. When we left, my friend and I agreed that we both felt less stressed and more relaxed than we had been. We’ll definitely visit again.

Mauhaus is one of my favorite places in St. Louis. In addition to spending time with the cats they always had amazing baked goods, including vegan and gluten free options, fun drinks, my personal favorite is Mauhaus no.6, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I became a regular there and they always greeted me by name and were happy to answer any of my questions. You can also tell that they care so deeply about each cat that comes through their doors and if you are looking to adopt they will help you find the right cat, even if they’re not currently at the cafe but with Strayheaven Rescue. They also have really cool merch from tee shirts and stickers, to mugs and cat collectibles. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a cat cafe.

Visited from Chicago and decided to stop by because who doesn’t love cats and the coffee is a bonus! No, but seriously the staff was super friendly and I love that they take care of the cats. The cookie I got was really good and so was my iced chai. Pretty affordable too! The cats were all super cute and overall it was a fun experience.

Absolutely adorable cat cafe! The scones were incredible and they offer many vegan and gluten free options. The beverages were stellar and made of locally sourced ingredients. But best of all, the cats were so friendly and the staff very kind and accommodating. No better way to drink coffee and have a snack than to support local cats and businesses in the process. Highly recommend.

A really lovely place to visit if you’re a cat person! The staff here are very friendly and attentive, both to you and the cats. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the happiness of every cat living here.
The cats are adorable, each with their own unique personality. Some are especially affectionate and will completely melt your heart!
The price is affordable—$12 includes admission and a selection of drinks, such as iced tea or coffee, at no extra cost. However, some specialty drinks require an additional fee. It would be even better if visitors could stay longer than an hour!
This makes the pricing explanation clearer and aligns with what you want to convey.
