Went there with our adult daughter to celebrate her birthday. They have a very large outside seating area and it was nice sitting out there. We ordered two skinny margaritas that had to be returned because they just did not taste good. Got wine and a cosmo and that was good. The arugula salad was split between five adults and it was enough for all of us. Only complaint about that was that the arugula was a little soggy. Maybe it wasn’t so fresh. We also got a large order of baked clams which is 12 clams and all the people who are them said they were very good.

We had a family dinner at Matteo’s with cousins from Long Island. What a great choice. Free valet parking in the garage next door. Seating inside and out. A bright and open atmosphere welcomes you inside. The paintings on the walls are all thematic of Love. Beautiful colors everywhere. The bar sits around 10 people, with TVs to checkin on sports. Matteo’s definitely has its regulars, and they expect to find an open seat when they walk in. Lots of hugs and handshakes from staff members abound. Matteo’s regulars are wealthy families from Boca or Palm Beach who are loud and boisterous. Everyone dresses to the nines when they come to Matteo’s so be sure to wear your best. There’s plenty of live entertainment with Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett style songs throughout the evening in the dining room. The staff was warm and charming. The calamari and artichoke appetizers were delicious. For our main course we had chicken francese, chicken parmigiana, and veal parmigiana. The portions are gigantic, plan on bringing some home. But I can confirm that the leftovers are dynamite the next day. If you want to enjoy a delicious dinner in a beautiful setting surrounded by warm company, visit Matteo’s. You won’t be disappointed

If you haven’t been to Matteos in Boca yet, what are you waiting for?! This place is hands down the best Italian restaurant in town, although, you will need a reservation because this restaurant is very busy (literally, every night!).

Amazing Italian cuisine. Was in boca visiting and our friends invited us to this restaurant for dinner. I can’t express how amazing the service and food was. I wish I could give them a higher rating. They deserve 10 stars. Will definitely return if I’m ever down in fl. Thank you for the hospitality and for the great cuisine

Been to dinner twice. Both times everything was top shelf. Service was friendly and fun. Live music is great and not too loud or overbearing. Really adds to the night out feel. Food was great. Also some gluten free pasta available if required. Also like the valet parking. Makes going to mizner for dinner a breeze.

Busy. Definitely a scene. Great pasta. I recommend the short rib tortellini and linguini with clams. Veal chop Milanese on bone was excellent too. Table size was small for the size of the dishes…we were always rearranging plates. A little bit of an annoyance.Javier our waiter was kind and informative. Great guy.

The place is lovely to sit outside and our waiter was very nice. He said they didn’t have non alcoholic beer but they did. This was the beginning. We decided to share appetizers and the special which was chicken meatballs. They were so bready and tasteless even the sauce had no taste. Everything, including the chopped salad, needed salt. The stuffed artichoke came swimming. It was pure mush. For such a popular place the food is totally not up to par

Celebrated a 100 birthday, chose that restaurant as it is her favorite. Service was definitely off, wait was very long for each course to be served. She got tired of waiting, kids got restless. The food was delicious.
