Good atmosphere, and has a happy hour during lunch time.
The bento boxes were okay, but not the best taste, if not being unauthentic Japanese. Most of the stuffs were quick deep fried, and the tempura coats were a bit fallen off. Overall, this is suitable for a quick lunch on the go, which a reasonable price for people who are not too picky.

A great authentic taste restaurant with a wide variety of different Japanese foods for everyone! Been here a few times over the years, however first time posting a review.
Ordered the wagyu beef sizzling plate, yasai udon, vegetarian and usual bento boxes as well as some sides with drinks. All dishes tasted great and came out hot and fresh and full of flavour. Also loved the plum umeshu. Only item to critique was the chicken in the bento was overly salty so a little unpleasant for our palate.
Will definitely be back!

A friendly and welcoming venue tucked into the Main Street of Fairfield. Service is good, friendly team. Have been here on many occasions, weekends are busy so do make a booking. The food is fresh and comes fast to the table. Sashimi is nice and good value for money. Their menu has many options to cater for all. Nice assortment Saki and beverages, also cater for byo. Have patronized this busy Fairfield restaurant for many years. Food and service consistently great here! Tuna and salmon dishes are prepared with such care, so combined with the freshness of the fish, they are always an excellent choice. The spicy tuna rolls and tuna tataki are special I highly recommend this restaurant!

This is my second time visiting this restaurant.Very disappointed.only The sushi and sashimi plate are very good. The sashimis are fresh. The teriyaki beef and teriyaki chicken are very salty. Same teriyaki sauce but they were tasted different, teriyaki beef like miso beef, teriyaki chicken too sweet . The Okonomiyaki very bad.

Amidst a chilly night in the outer Melbourne suburbs, we found ourselves a surprisingly cozy eatery. With a good starting take on what Japanese cuisine is all about and by that we mean great tast and fresh ingredients with awesome Sushimi and Sushi of the land and sea.

Soup base of udon is pretty good. Tempura was still crunchy when served. Good portion, very full after finishing the food. Sashimi was alright. All in all 4 star for food quality but extra star for good servicing.
