I just believe that the grill was up too high. The food was prepared but not with love… if you know what I mean. I tip good service and the cooks if the food is prepared properly. I ordered the waffle combo. Over easy eggs as seen in photo lol hash browns were fried hard and were dark brown and crunchy. I asked for bacon not fried hard and it was stiff like board. The bacon was tuff like jerky meat. The waffle looked the best, but I took it home.
Our server tried to rectify and we gave a good tip for her service and courtesy.

We were celebrating my daughter’s 21birthday today. Both our plates were not prepared well- this the cook should know and believe it or not we had the same experience when we visited IHOP 3 months ago. ♂️

I went during national pancake day. So there was a ton of people which made it loud, but the servers were still performing well and were very nice. Ordered a free short stack pancakes, side of sausage and hash browns, along with an ore milkshake.

Omg. My best friend a I were thinking about having a splash berry and leaving just for the nostalgia of our UCF days. However, our server Chasity is literally the sunshine to the state of Florida. She cared for us so well and brought everything out how and when we wanted. We were hoping the food would hit like it used. Then the food came out and it was even better. Everything was sooo good. I got the veggie omelette with a short stack with strawberries and glaze and she got the pancake combo and got strawberry glaze on there as well. When I tell you we ate EVERYTHING!!! Then got some coffee in our hot chocolate bc we’re old now lol. I don’t regret driving 40 mins for this IHOP experience. I’ll be back for sure

When we came, the restaurant was busy and one of the servers Destiny sat us in a perfect seat meeting our accommodation request and preferences. She was professional and courteous and provided us with accessibility. They work as a team here and so while Destiny sat us Bri took care of our order. She was also fantastic giving us the time that we needed to review the menu and not make us feel rush or an inconvenience. The food came out hot and wonderful. We will definitely be back. While it is obvious some team members are still learning the server trade these two made our experience great. If you go to this IHOP you should ask for Bri or Destiny.

Eating at the IHOP next to UCF has become my routine place to dine, and my food is always prepared to my expectations. After learning they were serving a Thanksgiving plate I decided to go. I received a generous portion of white sliced turkey along with fresh green beans, homemade dressing, as well as mashed potatoes and gravy. Of course, there was cranberry sauce. The green beans were cooked to perfection and were aldente, much to my delight! The mashed potatoes and dressing made right there on-site were just like I would make at home. It was an awesome meal!! Thank you so much for making a turkey dinner for those who want to eat out.

Kristina kept us watered, fed, and smiling on a very sleepy Monday morning. Her kind service was a breath of fresh air. We enjoy the omelettes, sirloin tips, hash browns, and pancakes here — always sure to ask for cracked eggs due to food sensitivities. Thanks for making it so easy!

Came in this morning because I was staying at the hotel across the parking lot. Came in with myself and my two six year olds. Five minute wait at the counter despite only four tables in use. Cool, but I don’t come to IHOP for the service (if you do, you are gonna have a miserable time).
Anyways, server pointed at a table and told me to seat myself. Stellar service. I laughed as I seated myself.
Got to the table and the rest of the meal was fine. The server was a bit slow, but she was friendly and attentive.
Location is clean as was the bathroom.
Not sure why since the pandemic every major restaurant has decided to throw out any modicum of service, but here we are.

If I could give Kristina 6 stars I would. She was very patient with me as I was not very familiar with the menu. She was very attentive and refill our things (ofc always asking us first) without us even needing to ask. She was excellent

Well, I really can’t put too much of the experience on our server, Destiny. I would say management did a poor job of planning. We waited a bit for our food and I had to ask for more coffee more than twice to different servers. Maybe I am old fashioned, but I still believe in customer service. Why couldn’t the other “person” behind the desk see that Destiny was busy and just get that pot of coffee for the customer? After about 10 minutes of waiting…… Finally got the pot of coffee. Besides, at $3.00 per cup, I want all I can get. Just to be clear, Destiny, did her job, management should plan better. How can you have a server take orders and also tend to a private room with more than 8 guests in one table? Of course she will be distracted. I still will return, but please try to be more attentive to others, our money and time should also be considered not just the BIG PARTIES.
