The staff is awesome. The building is beautiful. The food tasted great. My only complaint is that the Flank stake special cost 19.99 and it was just a few strips. The salads were nothing special. Just some lettuce with 2 cucumber slices and 2 cherry tomatos. I have never spent $50 on 2 people and left hunger before!!

Nice place, came in and got seated by a really nice gentleman. We were really looking forward to eating there. Waited for a few minutes, wait staff said she would be right back to get drink order. She never came back. The table next to us got seated after us, placed drink order twice because 2 waitresses came to their table then they ordered dinner all before anyone came to us. We left and went to McDonald’s, which I can’t stand fast food but at least someone takes your order.

We really enjoyed our dinner here! Great steaks and reasonable prices wine. Was surprised to find they had live music there during the week. It was a very nice touch. Waiter was excellent. Wish I could remember his name! Will be back next time we are staying at Peace River! 😀

We happened upon this place and thought we would give it a try. The good: the rolls are wonderful, we had 2 baskets. It was the best liver and onions I have ever had. The could be better: I was only given 1 slice of liver and a small side for 8.99. I found that disappointing. I usually get 2 or 3 slices when I go out at places. The sweet potato tasted like tin foil, like it had been around for a while. I know people can have an off day, but the waitress needs to at least smile. She was all matter of fact and not pleasant. The restrooms have to be the cleanest in town. A huge plus for me. I would give it another star if the wait staff was more inviting and pleasant. I would go back. But more liver please. Oh, someone had chicken tenders. The recieved huge slices of chicken. Everyone liked the majority of their meals.

Food was pretty good. Server was friendly. But I ordered the 8 wing appetizer and they only had 7 wings left. I said that was fine and that I would take they last 7 if they would change the price accordingly. During the meal we were offered to go boxes and to-go drinks. A nice gesture but it was obvious they wanted us to leave because they were ready to close. Understandable but we did enter 25 mins before closing time. So finally the bill came and they took off $1 for being short 1 wing. Basic math…$10 for 8 wings = $1.25 per wing. They should have taken off $2 or at least the value of one wing. It’s not the money, it’s the principal of the matter.

The waitress was great but what I received as my lunch did not match up the description in the menu. I can’t remember exactly what it was but it had no flavor I think it was chicken, like a chicken fried steak with no flavor. I sent it back and asked to have it removed from the bill which they did. I ordered a cheeseburger to play it safe… it was okay, fries were okay but it seemed to take a long time to get it. I really don’t think I would go back there. Pricey…
