Only leaving a star bc that’s the only option! Been coming here for over a year spending over $100 a pop and instantly making a statement about an order being wrong turned into poor service, and asking if I’d rather pay INSTEAD of them recooking the food correctly!! and charges that are more than EVER before! I mostly drink here after work— a meal here and there, but tonight being I mentioned the difference in a meal one shot of tequila cost me 14.45! Do not recommend! Food—average at best. Service—ONLY good on convenience! Not to mention—an hour and half before close and the only party present—the Spanish drama on tv blares with no hospitality concerned with your needs—and you are expected to receive a chicken salad when the order was chicken fingers and ff!! OH, the KICKER?? mentioning a grilled fish plate, that’s never came with shrimp before now does—and you mention it.. RESOLUTION—to be asked what’s the difference in fish and shrimp???? A SHELL FISH allergy. I’m fuming!

Completely disappointed. My husband and I called ordered dinner, only to bring home take home box with 3 separate meals. No rice ,no bean and this was $30!!! I have been to a lot of Mexican restaurants and never have I ever been left still feeling extremely hungry for the price we paid.

We have been going to The Shack for over 27 years. I have never been disappointed in my meal. Their bbq is wonderful as are their burgers. The portions are ample and reasonably priced.

We got free meal tickets but when I called they’d nor did have a home headquarters to check with. I told the lady I will be calling Better businesses bureau to report this scam.

The food was very good, we took steack and chicken fajitas and do not regret it.
Service was great, they didn’t bother us every 5 min. I like to eat in peace, so I was grateful for that.
The restaurant is a quiet place, which I love.
