Tried several dishes at Master Noodle in Edina and really enjoyed the meal. The beef shank was tender, rich, and full of slow-braised flavor. The fried noodles with beef and chicken were a standout—great noodle texture, good wok flavor, and not greasy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beef burrito as well. The beef was flavorful and well seasoned, and the wrap made it a hearty, satisfying dish. The Master Noodle soup was comforting with a clean, savory broth and fresh noodles.

Portions are generous, noodles taste freshly made, and everything came out hot. Definitely a spot I’d return to when craving noodles.

We got cold cucumbers, beef dumplings, master pizza, scallion pancakes, biang biang noodles, and a bunch of boba teas. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend the biang biang noodles with beef. The wide noodles have a lovely texture and with more surface for the sauce to cover, it makes them absolutely delicious. Also make sure you try the master pizza. So unique, so delicious, so rich and flavorful. Enjoy!

Best homemade noodles in town! We loved the flavor of the Biang Biang Noodle. It was not spicy, so my husband was able to eat some. Fast and genuine servers. I love that they work as a team.

Master Noodle was a great find. The signature noodle soup was rich and comforting. Rhe beef back ribs were tender, and the mix of scallions, cilantro, pickled mustard, and that chef’s special sauce added a nice balance of flavor.

The beef dumplings were perfectly cooked with a savory filling and just the right texture, while the steamed pork juicy buns were soft and flavorful, exactly what you hope for in a good dumpling house.

Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re craving quality noodles and dumplings.

You must try the classic “master noodle” here in Edina. The flavors are truly delicious and I wish I can take this entire establishment back to Chicago!

We had the cold cucumber, beef burrito (not pictured), and the master noodles. They have the perfect amount of heat where you can still taste the flavors in the broth and brisket!

Great place. In fact my 4 year old son was eating the orange chicken and noodles and I said to him was it good. He put his thumbs up and said I would give it 5 stars.. I totally agree with him for once… will be back.

I love this place. I have been here probably over 30 times in a few years, I don’t eat out a lot but Master Noodle is one of the best noodle/food places I’ve ever gone. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food comes out quickly with care every time. I have tried many different dishes and am never disappointed. They do an amazing job, and the food speaks on its own being genuine hand pulled noodles every day!

First time trying. The menu pics looked good, so I tried it with a friend.

This is a popular place, particularly with the Asian crowd… I don’t know why…

First came the steamed dumplings ($7.25 for 6). There was an immediate strange taste in the dumplings. Something tasted pretty bad.

I had the General Tso’s chicken ($14.25). The chicken looked good, but the same odd taste in the dumplings was in the chicken. It tasted fishy. It seems like the oil they used to cook the chicken was the same for the dumplings. The noodles also tasted fishy.

My friend said his chicken dish also had that same taste. He didn’t like the taste of the white rice.

The service was great, always topping off our water.

Unfortunately, the food just isn’t good. My palate could be off, I spent the previous 10 years in Korea (8.5) and Vietnam (1.5) and recently returned to Mn. I’m used to Asian food (a lot of local Vietnamese and Korean food), and when I ate Chinese food, it was mostly Korean-chinese food.

It was $23.44, including tax.

The food was really good. The noodles are hand pulled and are chewy and absorb the soups flavors so well. The food was delicious. The noodles have a smokiness to then that I absolutely loved. The broth is very flavorful, meaty, and hearty.

We ordered the steamed beef dumplings, garlic edamame, Taiwanese tomato beef brisket noodle soup, and the garlic chicken fried noodles. Everything was delicious. The service was super fast and the servers were kind.

The interior decor was really impressive.

Master Noodle is my all-time favorite noodle shop! You can watch them make both the hand pulled noodle and also the shaved noodle! Both of them are excellent, and I would recommend ordering one of each, no matter you, order the noodles in a soup or a dry noodle bowl.

The bone cylinder and beef shank are usually our go to appetizers. They are quick and delicious! The steamed dumplings are also flavorful and very well done!

The noodle soups are absolutely fantastic! After the third visit, the waitress told me that they can mix and match the noodles with the broth. So you can decide if you want the pulled noodle or shaved noodle and then you choose the broth you prefer and they can make that combination happen!

When you walk in, you are greeted with a smiling face from the server behind the counter. The dining room always has room for dining in. The waitresses are very friendly and check in with the progress of your order as well as how you enjoy the food.
