My server, Ming, was excellent! I informed him that it was my first time at Korean BBQ. He was kind, instructed me, and was very attentive throughout my dinner. I made a reservation for 2, though I was solo, as the online reservation system doesn’t allow for booking for 1. I saw a video on Instagram that showcased the vegan protein offerings; Master Kim’s has a designated vegan menu that you can ask for! I’ve had this restaurant saved for when I went to Las Vegas. I had the vegan teriyaki chicken, vegan spicy chicken, and vegan beef bulgogi. The teriyaki chicken was my favorite, followed by the beef bulgogi. The sauce on the spicy chicken was all heat, no flavor, so I dipped it in the remaining teriyaki sauce. The pickled onion, cucumber kimchi, and kimchi (not vegan due to fish sauce) were both yummy. The dressing on the house salad was tasty. The mushroom salad was interesting, but bland. The potato salad (not vegan) was on the sweeter side, but still delicious. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to dining at Master Kim’s on a future visit to Las Vegas.

a really lovely dining experience! we went around 3-3:30 PM for an early dinner/late lunch and there weren’t many patrons, making the wait nonexistent and the wait staff was very responsive to our needs. we felt like there was a reliable service presence without the sometimes stifling, hovering sensation one might experience in similar dining scenarios (AYCE, hot pot, shabu, etc.)
We got the fully vegan menu and everything was excellent. I personally didn’t care for the tofu bulgogi since the tofu wasn’t pre-fried, but that’s more of a personal taste—not reflective of the restaurants’ preparation. if you prefer a softer tofu, that will likely be just to your taste!

Daniel at Master Kim’s is incredible, he held our hand since we’ve never Korean BBQd before, family of four was $132 for 90 mins all you can eat! The meats and sides were perfection! Will be back for sure

Food is best. Service is worst. I want to describe our experience objectively. The front desk gentleman was very nice, but it seemed like our server kept avoiding our table. After we finished our first round, he only came to take our order when we specifically called out to him. Throughout the entire meal, we were never offered any extra napkins. We actually wanted some, but he walked so quickly that we couldn’t get his attention.
When we were about to leave, we still hadn’t seen our original server, so my boyfriend took a napkin from an empty table next to us. Then, in a rather dramatic moment, our original server suddenly appeared. Instead of asking whether we needed more napkins, he gave us an eye-roll — right at the entrance, in front of other guests waiting to be seated.
This was the first time I spent 90 minutes at an AYCE restaurant because I had to wait so long for basic service. If it weren’t the night before Thanksgiving, I honestly would have considered leaving no tip at all.

Great value for money and delicious meat! After you order, the cuts arrive on a little conveyor belt—just like sushi trains—so it’s fast and fun. Every plate we tried was tender and well-seasoned, the stew had a deep, comforting flavor, and the cold noodles were honestly outstanding—icy, tangy, and the perfect finish after all that grilled meat. Highly recommend if you want quality BBQ without breaking the bank.

We went to Masters Kim Korean BBQ with 4 friends and loved the food. Service personnel was very friendly. Food was delivered fast and it was fresh. Our server and host Phil was extremely helpful and help with cooking. Loved the beef and sauces. So delicious.

No wire mesh like some of the better places like Miu, difference between cooking on stainless steel vs real bbq.
KFC was simple deep fried with sauce slipped on. But still ok flavor wise.
Overall above average but not really wowed especially when I have had much better.

The only reason I’m giving a 4 start right now is because it took my party of 5 40 minutes to be seated but after we got settled in our server David informed us it was because of the convention in town. I am going to come back again and I believe My rating will go up to five stars. All the food tasted great and the service was very good. It took no more than 5 minutes for the meat to come out after ordering. The cilantro salad with the bean pasta and rice go well together with the meat. My husband liked all the sauces they brought for us.
We came here because our #1 go to spot had a long wait as well so we came to this one. Our other spot has a lot of appetizers our kids like, but at Master Kim’s they didnt have many they liked, just the Korean Fried Chicken and corn on the cob so I wouldnt recommend is you have kids. (I would still check out the menu just in case)
Overall I am happy with my experience and I will definitely come again with my husband on a date night.

This is a chain Korean BBQ restaurant that serves tasty, fresh, and good quality ingredients. The menu is extensive with AYCE and combinations to satisfy all comers. One of the biggest advantages for Master Kim restaurants is that its AC and overall atmosphere is very good. We found that during hot summer days, many Korean BBQ restaurants often have issues with cooling the joint properly to enjoy the meal, but not here. Another cool factor is its use of the delivery bots. Overall, we had a good experience, similar to other locations.

There must have been some sort of change in the kitchen here. I took my mother for all you can eat and was surprised that the kimchi was terrible. The staff as usual is very friendly and the manager brought us different kimchi but still not great. They tried their best but the food just wasn’t the same. We didn’t eat much for the $94 we paid for the two of us for 6 pieces of kalbi and thinking about it, we probably shouldn’t have gone to an ayce this time since my mom and I don’t eat as much unlike when the rest of our family go.

I’ve been to all three of this franchise and I think this is my favorite. It’s an amazing value, good quality meats, but the non meat dishes are fantastic- great daenjang jjige, naeng myun, bibimbap, and all the side dishes. Best AYCE Korean BBQ in Vegas in my opinion for the price. AND YOU CAN MAKE A RESERVATION!
Update. I was back in Vegas and went back. Look at the marbling on the galbi. Delicious. The staff are all very nice and attentive.
