Literally takes almost 20 mins everytime I’m at this location I’ll get passed up in line on more then one occasion and only ever has one person taking orders while everyone’s huddled inside not very happy with this location. Harrodburg Rd is way better in Lexington.

Well as a 5 to 8 time a week patrons I guess it’s time I let yall know.
Yalls batistas have been dropping the ball. My drinks been wrong every single time and looks diffrent every single time. It’s rushed or it’s just thrown together and dripping wet. Not happy about my 9$ drinks being made wrong every single day. I mean this Versailles and this is what always happens when we get something good. The employees slack off and buisness leave Versailles. Yall need to fix this. I give yall a lot of money weekly. I’m gonna try 1 more time after today and I’ll be done if yall can’t get it right or wanna give me a dripping cup, yall couldn’t wipe off.

Never ever had a bad experience with this location before. Always had quick and courteous service. However today they only had one order taker out in the lanes switching from car to car. This order taker was too busy yelling back to the employee inside to take orders promptly. By the time she got to our vehicle she completely skipped us and went on the back of the line. Multiple girls were standing inside the store not making drinks but chatting. When we tried to get her attention to let her know we had not ordered yet she ignored us and shrugged it off. We did drive off and did not order

There have been so many times I have been skipped in line and then had to wait while everyone who was behind me got their drinks. Today I got skipped in line and not only did they make me late for work by skipping me but I didn’t get a drink because I didn’t have any more time to wait. These kids need to be far more aware of who got there and when. I wasn’t even compensated for their mistake. Probably won’t be going back.
