Great food. The bathrooms was clean. Atmosphere of the restaurant was cheerful. They have a bar and tv on the wall with sports playing. Beer. Lots of tables. The door automatically opens, so it was nice with stuff filling your hands didn’t have to open a door on the way out. They didn’t give me the queso with my pretzels, which I’m pretty bummed out about but still 5 stars because the food was perfection.

My fiancé and I came in with some out of town family to meet. We all got the lunch pizza buffet.
Drinks were great as was the salad bar, which was amply stocked with a little bit above the basics, but you can still make a good salad here.
Pizza bar had good pizza, but it was slow to fill at times. But the pizza was still respectable for something sitting under a heat lamp.
Really overall, no complaints for a pizza buffet.

Much more spacious and comfy inside than meets the eye from the outside. The pizza buffet was a great deal; the pizza was delicious, the salad bar spotless and well-stocked, and there was a nice hum of families/friends/coworkers having lunch together. Some oldschool arcade games in the corner, a nice bar with reasonably priced cold beer. Pizza buffet with a giant mug of beer, less than $20.

I have eaten Massey’s pizza most my life. I haven’t had one in awhile! From Westside of Columbus , to Myrtle Beach, it always tasted the same and looked the same. Not the same Massey’s anymore! Sauce tastes different and pepperoni is too spicy! Not sure what has happened other than cost cutting! Was disappointed the last two try’s! Probably done.

I’ve been here twice. Once for the lunch buffet and once with a party of about 15 people. This Massey’s didn’t disappoint. The lunch buffet always had pizza on it when I was there. This location was very clean both times I was there. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our group when we met there. This location has a nice bar, plenty of TV’s for sports and Keno if you are into that. Plus they have a couple old school arcade games and pinball machine. I would return to this Massey’s and recommend it.

Had heard a lot about Masseus so decided to give it a try. Ordered delivery, a large half cheese half pep, extra sauce and extra cheese. Also a cheesy garlic bread. Food arrived hot. But man, it is a very bland pizza. Was glad there was pepperoni on half as that was providing flavor. The pizza was also cut into about 30-40 pieces. Grabbed what I thought was 1 piece…it was three skinny little things. The garlic bread was also quite bland and couldn’t figure out the dough. It kept breaking apart into smaller pieces, almost like it was leftover dough smashed together. The highlight of the food was the marinara dipping sauce. Such a robust tomato flavor! I wish that had been used on the pizza. Masseuse isn’t bad pizza, it’s just not very good pizza. And for the price point, probably will pass next time we are hungry for pizza.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and mouthy. Came in to pick up pizza and she had the same attitude. She should never serve people in any capacity. Don’t think I’ll return . Even her coworker couldn’t believe she talked that way to a customer.

Got pizza from Lancaster location yesterday and it was terrible $39 for personal supreme and a large pepperoni. Cheaper ingredients and higher prices if this is the direction Massey’s is going then we won’t be patronizing Massey’s anymore. We’ll start making our own or choosing other pizza places from now on.
