We had a wonderful dining experience here. The food was absolutely fantastic and tasted genuinely Punjabi, rich and comforting without being overwhelming. The stuffed kulcha deserves a special mention, incredibly soft, perfectly cooked, and literally melted in the mouth. One of the best we’ve had!

We also ordered the Chicken Lababdar, which was outstanding, creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection with the right balance of spices. Paired with the lachcha paratha, it made for a truly satisfying meal.

The ambience is pleasant and well-maintained, making it a great place for a relaxed family meal or a nice outing. While the restaurant is on the expensive side, the quality of food, taste, and overall experience make it completely worth it.

I visited Massala Singh two weeks ago and was warmly welcomed by Mr. Prabhat. From the moment you walk into the restaurant, you’re in great hands—just follow his recommendations, from the mocktails to the food, and you simply can’t go wrong.
Excellent service, wonderful vibes, and an overall fantastic dining experience. Whenever I’m back in New Delhi, I’ll definitely make it a point to visit again!

We had the Bahubali thali & though it might be a little bit pricey, it was totally worth it cos it can easily feed arnd 4-5 people. Food was really good!

A special thanks to the owner & workers for their kind hospitality. We had a slight medical scare while eating & they went out of their way to help my mother. Owner even went out to buy us some EVO. Workers were constantly checking on my family, and we appreciated it very much.

Overall, we had a delightful experience here. Would definitely come back again for the food

Tried the Baahubali Thali at Masala Singh, Connaught Place — HUGE portions with amazing variety! Easily enough for 3–4 people. Everything was yum and flavour-packed, and most items come with unlimited refills (except starters) which makes it even more value-for-money. Great ambience and perfect for group dining. A must-try for thali lovers!

The person standing outside was very welcoming, which made us believe our experience would be great. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, only three tables were occupied including ours. The waiter kept roaming around and took nearly 10 minutes to attend to us. He only came after being instructed by his manager.

While taking the order, he seemed unaware of the restaurant’s popular dishes and carried an indifferent attitude. He placed the water glasses on our table so arrogantly, as if doing us a favor.

The main course was overloaded with cream. Honestly, they should consider renaming themselves from Masala Singh to Cream Singh. The starters were below average, and despite their tagline “Truly Punjabi,” the food and service didn’t reflect that at all.

Overall, a disappointing experience that started with a warm welcome but ended with regret.

At my first restaurant I visited in New Delhi, the food was a little bit pricey, maybe because it totals the service charges because they will also serve the food for you.

I saw this restaurant while browsing through Zomato. I had Veg Momo for appetizers and the butter chicken with garlic naan is so tasty. I just don’t like the Masala Mango drink.

Overall, it was a great first dining experience but it’s a bit overpriced based on my budget.
