Ordered via UberEats using credits they gave for the last time Dickie’s messed up my order. The food was even worse this time. Baked Beans and turkey were burnt. Green beans were flavorless. I wont bother ordering again.

I order the full rack ribs for $30.99, the Loaded fries for $12.99, the Giant Pit-Smoked Baker with beef brisket for $15.99, and the 1/2 brisket for $15.99. The ribs were a little bit too bland for me. They were out of brisket so I didn’t received 1/2 brisket but I am yet to receive a refund on it. The loaded fries were a big disappointment. It comes with Crispy, Hand Cut Fries with Brisket & Pork Chili topped with Shredded Cheese, & Green Onions now I understand they were out of brisket but I expected to receive the rest of the topping but instead I only got like 10 slices of fries with the smallest amount of cheese and was still charged $12.99 for it. Since they were the brisket the Giant Pit-Smoked Baker with beef brisket was substituted with the large Loaded Baked Potato Casserole. I’m fine with the substitution as long as it’s on the same price range but they are not the giant pit-smoked baker is $15.99 and the large potato casserole is only $5.99. Overall I had a terrible experience, I got extremely scammed and the food wasn’t even good. The presentation was bad and it tasted how it looked, bland. I don’t recommend this place at all unless you want to get scammed.

I order via DoorDash as I’ve eaten inside before and thought it would be the same quality. Nope! I was served stale Mac and cheese, heavily wilted green beans, the wrong drink and my order notes for my baked potato was missing. A waste of $40 for one person. I’ll be eating at Blue Oak from now on.

Really dryyyy chicken , undercooked ribs(half rack) , watery mac and cheese with no flavor, liquid mashed potatoes without flavor.
And very expensive , $58.66 for two plates . Nothing extra. Just the food with the 2 sides.
NO DRINKS!
The only good thing was the bread (toast)
The place doesn’t look clean at all.
The soda machine looks nasty.

I went to pick up brisket kids meal. Asked for fries for the side, they were out. No problem, I asked for the potato casserole instead. Once I paid and the meal was ready, the staff hands me a bottle of Walmart water with the food. I didn’t ask for this, so I inquired about the small yellow cup. “We out of them, this what we got.”
So $9 dollars later, I have a few slices of brisket and Walmart water. If I would’ve known they were out of the things that came with the meal beforehand, I wouldn’t have ordered. This was not good value or service for the price.

6:45 on a Wednesday, I call ahead to ask if they had baked potatoes. They answered and said that they didn’t. I don’t know what the secret is to getting one of those again. I drove here anyway cuz I do like their food. Doors locked. Can’t see Inside but I waited a while. FRIGGIN RUDE AND BAD BUSINESS. Next time I’ll just go straight to Blue Oak BBQ

We are never coming back here ! First off the man that cooks and is also at the register is so rude not good for a business at all. We came back the second time to see if it was just a one time thing and we liked the food and the cups we have like 6 but believe me we felt so uncomfortable !! It’s like that guy is doing us a favor by even taking our order ,like why have someone working if they scare of customers with their bad attitude? We prefer driving further away where the customer service is at least better. Never coming back nor my family members.I don’t think I need to post his picture but I’ll describe him he’s a tall black man with dreads he’s the only person that we ever seen there taking orders/ cooking.

It took quite a while for the young man to show up from out of the back room. I ordered fried okra, they had no okra. I ordered a brisket slider, no drinks were available. The price would have been the same. So, i ordered the brisket slider and he said they only have it on the bun, i said nevermind and left. Totally unconcerned and unbothered with everything. I will spend my money elsewhere.
