I was at a IABC luncheon here and the servers did an absolutely fabulous job! Coming from the restaurant business myself and paying attention to details, I was thoroughly impressed not only with the food but the level of top tier professionalism of the servers down to the wait time in between appetizers, main courses and our drinks being subtly filled while quickly maneuvering for us to see the screen and to never be a distraction during the presentation. It was in a tight room too- when I tell you they must practice going in between those tables and around those corners! Bravo Masraff’s! I was not expecting to moan on that Clam Chowder soup! ☺️

Went here for Valentine’s Day with my husband and was blown away! The food was amazing and reasonably priced for how upscale the menu was. The chocolate crème brûlée was probably the best dessert I’ve ever had. The service was also great for how busy it was. I look forward to going back to explore their regular menu.

Upscale Mediterranean flare for the win!!

Each dish has its own very unique concept and flavor. This was not only a dining experience but an experience in artful takes on food.

Valet is $10 but there is a free parking garage in the back. On days where it’s busy, it might take you a bit of time to find a spot and get situated so plan ahead if you made reservations.

My friend and I came here on a Wednesday night around 6 PM so it wasn’t too packed inside the restaurant. Right when we got seated, the waiter took orders for drinks/appetizers and put down a bread basket in front of us. The bread was warm and had salt and rosemary on top- it was delicious with the butter!

For drinks, I asked for their sweetest beverage and the server said he’ll surprise me. He brought out a pineapple cocktail which was refreshing, spritzy, and had the perfect amount of sweetness to it.
For appetizers, my friend and I got the Hudson Valley Foie Gras which was spectacular. It was rich and buttery from the foie gras and thyme butter brioche (that had a nice toasted texture) and was balanced out with the tartness from the strawberries. I highly recommend this dish!

In terms of the entree, I ended up getting the American Red Snapper. The exterior was nice and crispy, the filet was flaky, and the flavor was well done with the creamy sauce on top. I also enjoyed the polenta and veggies that came with the fish.
I had a bite of my friend’s Bison Ribeye and to be honest, it wasn’t my favorite. It tasted very sweet like teriyaki jerky but if that’s what you look for in a steak, this dish might be for you!

As for the sides, we got the jumbo lump crab fried rice and Masraff’s creamed spinach. Although I’m not exactly used to zucchini and bell peppers being in fried rice, the generous lumps of crab was appreciated and it was a decent side. The creamed spinach is rich and heavy but paired well with the bread.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Masraff’s!

My dining experience at Masraff’s for Houston Restaurant Weeks was truly exceptional. The elegant ambiance and impeccable service set the stage for an unforgettable meal, and the menu they offered for the event was outstanding.

For my appetizer, I had the Jumbo Lump Crab Vol Au Vent. The pastry was light and flaky, and it was filled with a generous portion of delicious jumbo lump crab, served in a rich and savory mushroom and white wine sauce. It was a perfect start to the evening.

The main course was the Pacific Lane Snapper. The fish was cooked to perfection—moist and flaky with a beautifully seared skin. It was served over a delectable sauce and alongside a flavorful rice and vegetable medley. The combination of textures and flavors was fantastic and showcased the chef’s expertise.

Dessert was the perfect ending. The Golden Delicious Apple Cobbler was a masterpiece. The crumble topping was buttery and crisp, complementing the warm, spiced apples inside. Topped with a generous scoop of what I believe was bourbon vanilla ice cream and a fresh mint leaf, it was a truly decadent and comforting treat.

My wife had the Banana Bread Trifle, which was equally impressive. Served in a charming glass jar, it was a layered dessert with rich banana custard, fluffy vanilla whipped cream, and a satisfying Nilla wafer crumble.

Masraff’s delivered an incredible fine dining experience for a great cause. Every dish was a work of art, and the quality of the ingredients and presentation was top-notch. I highly recommend it for a special occasion or just to treat yourself to an amazing meal.

Came in to try their HH menu. Half off wine bottles, I’m there. Service was outstanding. Had the steak frites, which was tasty but small portion/ounces for $36 price point. $8 valet or self parking free garage parking further in the back

Seven of us enjoyed a perfect evening at Massraf’s. From the appetizers (garlic calamari and quail) to the entrees (Seabass, Rack-Of-Lamb, Snapper, Hibachi-Nigiri, 8oz Filet) to the desserts (Sticky-Toffee, Apple Crisp and Chocolate Fondat), it was 5-Star all the way. I don’t drink wine but our companions liked the selection. This was our first visit to their newer location and the room was very tastefully done with great ambience. Service was attentive without being over-bearing. Highly recommended!!!

Masraff’s provided catering services for our wedding at the Houston Museum of Natural Science back in April. They did an incredible job with the menu creation and quality of the food, with some issues in serving to the guests during cocktail hour.
For the chef, we would give a 10/5 if we could! We asked whether we would be able to mix various Indian and Mexican dishes, and the head chef came back with a full fusion menu that we were surprised by! The tastings were incredible, and they worked with us to fine tune the menu. On our wedding day, the food itself was incredible. Our guests loved it, and we heard many glowing reviews. It tasted delicious the next day as well (when we were able to fully enjoy). We especially enjoyed the rose-infused fusion tres leches that they created.
However, there were two issues with planning out cocktail hour. While we paid per guest, Masraff’s did not send out enough appetizers for all of our guests to enjoy. We heard glowing reviews from the ones who were able to taste the appetizers, but a number of our guests mentioned that they were never able to try the appetizers since they were gone quickly as soon as the servers came out. In addition, Masraff’s did not stock enough ingredients for one of our signature drinks, and they ran out within the first 20 minutes. Luckily, they were able to get more later in the night for dinner, but it was disappointing that we, as the bride and groom, were unable to try our own signature drink despite asking for it in the first hour of the reception.
Overall, we had a great time and really appreciated Masraff’s ability to create a custom menu.

I came here for the first time with my boyfriend and a group of friends and it far exceeded my expectations! We were early so we sat at the bar and Sandy was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and recommended one of the best wines I’ve had in a while. We then moved to a table once our entire group arrived and our waiter TJ was fantastic and checked on the menu options to confirm they were fine with my gluten sensitivity. At the end of the night, Mr. Masraff came by to say “hi” which was a nice touch. Food, staff and atmosphere was 10/10 – highly recommend!
