The agedashi tofu was crispy outside and soft inside. The sushi taco was fun and flavorful with salmon and avocado. The wagyu beef roll with lobster salad was rich and literally melted in my mouth.
The sushi and sashimi were very fresh, especially the fatty tuna — buttery and smooth without needing much soy sauce. We also chose the unagi kamameshi rice, and the eel with the flavorful rice was so comforting.
Great quality overall. Definitely coming back!
The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was perfect and clearly made with quality ingredients. We especially enjoyed the yaki oysters.
Service once we were seated was excellent. Our servers were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the meal.
The only downside was the experience with the front desk host. At the beginning and as we were leaving, there was no smile, no greeting and no “bye.” That lack of warmth really stood out, especially since everything else in the restaurant was handled so well. It felt unwelcoming and unprofessional and took away from what was otherwise a near-perfect visit.
Overall, the experience was almost perfect. I would absolutely return and recommend this restaurant, and with a more welcoming presence at the front desk, it would easily deserve a full 5-star rating.
We got the chirashi bowl (beautifully presented), ocean roll, eel kamameshi rice, chirashi dinner, and soft shell crab.
The sashimi was incredibly fresh, but the pizza sushi completely stole the show—crispy, flavorful, and unlike anything I’ve had before.
If you’re craving top-tier sushi without the Manhattan crowds, this is your sign. Save this spot—you’ll thank me later.
Super friendly staff, always checking up on you.
Nice size location with a nice sized bar. Drinks and cocktails are in full display.
The food is top notch. Your rolls and sushi are being created for you, right in front of you. The station is visible to everyone and it’s great to see your food being built out.
A definite must “stop on in” in Queens.
Will return again very soon.
