Amazing pizza and grinder spot. Used to go there after school with friends when I went to Cathedral and then for lunch with coworkers when I worked at Springfield College. Sad to hear the place will be closing at the end of August. Sending love from California.

OMG, I loved this place alot, we finally got to go for the last time today before it finally closed it’s doors, we were supposed to go earlier in July or August, but we only made it on our last day. Pizza was good but meat was sparce otherwise I would have rated 5. This was a personal pizza with Pepperoni, Onions and Hamburg about $10-$11. Not much meat at all. Dough was good and sauce was good.

We go here all the time, Leon & Jill are Wicked Awesome as well as the rest of their staff. They always make my boyfriends pizza perfect xtra cheese peperoni & no sauce… we can’t wait for the best Ice cream to open for the season in May. Also their chicken tenders are the best.

When I was growing up in Springfield, my sister and I would always go and get grinders from Frankie and Johnnie’s Every single one was delicious and I still can taste their Cheeseburger grinder. The bread was delicious and the mayo was fire. I’m glad that you’re still in business! I’m definitely going to get some when I get back to MA!
