Very good! We didn’t know what to expect, thought it was a custard stand. If you are familiar with “glaciers” that’s what they mainly serve. Either vanilla or chocolate custard (super creamy and delectable), with your choice of Italian ice flavor (I would describe this as little more icy ice cream or a more creamy snow cone, but again, very yummy!) We got peach Italian ice with vanilla custard—definitely recommend! They have it layered in the cup: Italian ice on bottom and top with custard in the middle. We had the medium size and shared between 2 adults. Perfect treat for a summer day!

Well… we were there for nearly 40 minutes waiting. There were others there for over an hour. What I did observe was 2 of the 3 employees there spending a lot of time on their phones rather than working. Also our order was wrong, I didn’t tell them since it took so long for us to get our order in the first place. There was no sense of urgency either. There were 9 plus cars in the drive through and around 8 in the parking. They were moving so slow as if not even aware they had orders backed up. You need a manger there. If one was, they were not very good. Date 5/3/25 8:33 pm when order was placed. 9:10 pm when order was brought to the window. Still enjoy it but the employees need to meet a higher standard. Just my opinion.

Amazing! We got tiger’s blood shaved ice with vanilla custard- one big Mama size, one large, and one mini, for $10. And they put scoops over the rim of the cup too, so it was a really good deal for the size. And there was tons of flavor!

I loveeeee the custard/ice here but the wait time is so ridiculously long that it makes me question if it’s even worth the wait. There was only one group in front of me and it took 30+ minutes. Please make the necessary adjustments to pick up the speed of service. Maybe the iPad self-service was not a good idea.

Easily our favorite place to get dessert and to take family when they are in town. Better than Rita’s which is huge across the country. Wish this place was opened year round year round

We adore having this yummy business in our little community. The new order from a kiosk feature, I thought would be a wonderful addition but it had made service decline. No longer are the workers writing what they have made on the cup to keep orders..well..orderly. We took our youth group and had 10 mini orders, all different, none were labeled and the worker just said “I have no idea what is in any of these, I just make them” it was so frustrating to try to figure out who’s is who’s. This also happens when we take our family of 6. It is becoming a deterrent to want to go because we have to hastle with figuring our what’s in the cups. I hope they can fix this issue as it is quite frustrating, especially with larger groups.

Delicious and affordable. They add a scoop of Italian ice, then a scoop of custard then another scoop of Italian ice. You can mix/match the Italian ice if you want. I love getting coconut and lemon. Another favorite of mine is coconut and tiger’s blood. They have weekly “flavors of the week” and my two favorites of those are ruby red grapefruit and peach. They also have flavored sodas, but I have not tried any of those.

Custard and Italian ice were both amazing! The service was not as great. We had ordered 4 ice and custards, and about 5 minutes later 2 girls walked up and ordered. The girls in the building were clearly friends with the people that ordered after us and made sure they got theirs before we did. When I asked about it, the girl inside tried to say the computer must have mixed the orders up.
