Delightful, fresh new wine bar featuring eclectic wines with wonderful owners! Their thoughtfully-sourced wine list offers some unique selections sure to excite any wine lover’s palate, as well as a comfortable selection of familiar faces (Meiomi, anyone?). They source from much-loved local wineries as well as far-flung finds. This is an unpretentious, happy place to enjoy some great wine and beer with friends and family.
Carbon6 has a bright, airy, yet cozy interior where you’ll want to hang out with friends for hours! A great place to have a wonderful conversation with the owners over a crispy glass of dry Reisling from Baden or a chewy regional Cab with some tasty bites on the side.

Wonderful wine bar right in downtown. Across the street from the famous Carlton and many amazing restaurants. What a fantastic place to end the night at. Every time we come in here the owners make us feel right at home. Great wine selection, and tasty bites to eat as well. Highly recommend stopping here!

Michelle is such a sweet woman and very knowledgeable in her wine, sake, and beer! She makes the best bites! I love coming in to have a drink, bites, and some good conversation. Such a great spot! The inside is big and can host large parties. There are local wines available with local beers on tap as well as some bottled/can options. I love the local art that is hanging on the walls for purchase. Lovely space to bring friends and have some fun!

We came here our first night in town and they made us feel like family!! They helped guide us through tasting outstanding local wines and gave us plenty of suggestions for food and wine in the area (all of which were delicious!!). The food was also wonderful. You should definitely plan to stop for a glass or two of wine here.

Wow, what an amazing place for friends and family to gather. If you want a casual, approachable wine bar where you feel welcomed in like family, this is it.
The food is incredible, the wine expertly paired and the owners Michelle and John know their stuff!
Right in downtown Atascadero, it’s a perfect place to have a pre dinner snack and glass (or two of wine). Can’t say enough about this place, if I could live here I would.
