Absolutely the best fried chicken I’ve ever had!
Maryland Fried Chicken blew me away — the chicken is incredibly fresh, crispy on the outside, and unbelievably juicy on the inside. You can literally taste how freshly made everything is. The sides were amazing too, all super fresh and full of flavor.
If you love real, homemade-style fried chicken, this place will become your new favorite. I’m already craving it again!

The fried chicken here is absolutely delicious! It’s crispy on the outside, juicy and fresh on the inside. You can really taste the quality and flavor in every bite. The place is clean, the service is great, and the food always comes out hot and fresh. Definitely one of the best spots for fried chicken!

The chicken here is fantastic. But when I walked in today, the credit card machine was not working. I was advised give it a couple minutes and it’ll come back up. I waited an hour and it never came back up instead of telling me to just go online and make an order the attendant advise me to go to an ATM after doing some research I realize I can make an order online and I did so I even went out the way and told the attendant maybe you should direct customers to an online ordering system instead of an ATM he continue to tell other customers to go to the ATM or cash only.

I stopped by to pick up an order for a disabled neighbor/friend. I ordered 3 chicken wings & a roll. I politely asked if she could make sure the wings were not small. This lady who I’ve never seen before when I run this errand then proceeded to rant, “our chicken is natural fed …”.
I stopped her & simply stated there is no need to sell me on chicken, I’m simply doing a good deed that I enjoy. This lady then stated … “my family owns this…” with a tone.
WHAT DOES “OWNERSHIP” HAVE TO DO WITH KNOWING HOW TO GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Without a doubt EVERYONE that comes in there “owns” something and then some of US who walk in there come from GENERATIONS OF OWNERS, ENTREPRENEURS, LAWYERS, DOCTORS, REAL ESTATE OWNERS and CLERGY to name a few.
What a ridiculous, unprofessional & uncouth comment to make.
I dropped off the Maryland Chicken and I opened the box & we were all flabbergasted that this lady placed 4 scrawny chicken wings with FEATHERS ON THEM IN A CONTAINER!!!
It’s important to know in the 5 years of stopping by Maryland Chicken and running this errand, I have NEVER seen this lady and NEVER left with an order like this topped with her “energy”.
It is actually shameful that this lady would give me this as a 3 piece chicken order. (SEE PHOTOS).
I went to PUBLIX and purchased 3 BEAUTIFUL CHICKEN WINGS for my neighbor/friend!
SHAME ON YOU MARYLAND CHICKEN!

I had dinner here tonight after seeing the sign and remembering the good old days. I was just surprised to see the restaurant. I was greeted by a super nice lady who was very polite and friendly. The food was served hot. I was disappointed by the portion and size of everything. I probably won’t eat here again but they are still worth a try.

The chicken is ok taste like homemade fried chicken but nothing special about it, taste like ordinary. Chicken is not fresh at all, looks like it came frozen then fried. Don’t know if coming back, to be honest, Publix Chicken is waaaaayy much better and cheaper.

Good food, but it comes at a price. The meals are always fresh and made to order, which you can really taste. The prices are a little high, but they do offer a good late-night deal after 8 PM. Also, the person at the register is very helpful when it comes to ordering.

Very disrespectful, horrible customer service, drove way too this location walking to the entrance a old white man close the gate and locked the door, no explanation or nothing, they close at 9pm I arrived at 8:24 so rude don’t even waste your time, treating people like that, the people and the community is the reason why you’re in business, all you had to do is say or write it on the windows what’s the reason on your site it said Maryland fried chicken close at 9pm especially with a customer walk up to the door smh never would I waste my time here, please choose somewhere where your money is appreciate it and they care for there community and people,horrible and nasty period

I had to wait 30 – 40 minutes for 3 piece and a 10 piece wing. The chicken was really small but flavorful. I’ve been going here for years I’ve never received chicken this size.
