I love the food. However the service could have been better. I ordered before three other people that came in behind me, and somehow they all got there food before I did. I wish there was more diversity I always feel kind of out of place. Anyways the food was delicious just wished it was separated out so that foods won’t get all mixed in with each other.

Best sandwich ever! Had the Amy. It’s a sweet curry chicken sandwich. Comes with pitas chips, pineapple slices and strawberries. Smooth pick up order. Will be back!

Catering is their secret sauce! Lots of people know Marti’s for their delicious lunch items, but they catered our wedding (120 guests) and it was delicious and run flawlessly. They displayed the food with the perfect amount of flair and added accents & decor to the tables to elevate everything. The beef tenderloin was particularly amazing and the pimento cheese shrimp & grits was a perfect addition for our guests from up North. They also accommodated our guests with allergies or food restrictions. Jay is the owner and was so kind and thoughtful. Working with him was a dream and he felt like we were being taken advantage of (which is not uncommon with wedding vendors). I highly recommend them for your next event.

I LOVE lunch at Marti’s. Fresh ingredients and they make it so easy to eat low carb. The service is super friendly and efficient and the place is so cute. Ate outside today with a friend because it is so lovely out. Fantastic asset to the Normaltown community.

Marti’s catered our graduation lunch. Not only was the food delicious, but the service–from discussing the menu and placing the order to the delivery–was exceptional. Marti’s staff was pleasant and easy to work with. Another plus – they allowed us to use their white ceramic platters and serving utensils so that we could eliminate single-use plastic. Highly recommend Marti’s for your catering needs!

Lack of integrity. They have a handwritten specials board with prices. I ordered a pound of chicken salad for $11. My total was over $13. I asked the employee about the incorrect total and she said that the prices had changed. I said they changed from the handwritten sign posted directly behind the counter I just ordered from? She didn’t offer to make it right. One that’s not legal but secondly she has no idea how much that $1.99 just cost the business. My wife’s company USED to spend over a $1,000 a month buying lunch from Marty’s for her clients. No more. Without integrity you have nothing in the food industry. Also when I got to our business just a few blocks away I realized that the chicken salad was well over safe food storage temperature. This is the first time that has ever happened. The food is usually served correctly.

An Athens staple!! The food is always incredible, fresh, and flavorful. They also have the best cookies in town! Everyone who works there is so kind and the atmosphere is so lovely and cozy. I will never say no to Martis for lunch!

I love lunch at Marti’s – my go to is the Mary Frances chicken salad sandwich! I also like their egg salad & pimento cheese . The serving size is huge and gives you plenty for your sandwich and some for the pita chips too. Definitely my fave lunch spot in Athens!

Visited on a rainy day – most of the seating is outdoors and inside was packed so we ended up getting it to go. Be aware of that if going with a group! The soup and pita was good but the tarragon chicken salad wasn’t super flavorful.
