Haven’t been to this location in over a year because of my last experience with the food and service. Decided to try them one more time because I had a taste for some country style breakfast early in the morning. I ordered a tenderloin breakfast plate with an extra tenderloin cheese eggs and a large side of sausage gravy with a coffee. The meat was not chewable at all and still had soggy flour in the folds, the eggs was burnt and cheese was just thrown on top instead of being mixed in, the biscuit was hard and burned on the ends, the sausage gravy was really watery and the coffee tasted burnt. Like why even put this in the plate at all. In total it was about $20 for this meal. Never again…

I waited in line, only customer at the counter and none in store, for 15 minutes without even a hello from the employees. Both the young girls up front just complained the entire time about being the only 2 working the front but wouldn’t bother with a single customer waiting at the counter. This location was one of the best just a couple months ago but has drastically went downhill in a very short time. I ended up walking out without ever being acknowledged by the staff.

Not exactly a place I would go on a frequently basis. You could definitely hurt yourself. Grits were lumpy and runny and they placed a small lumpy cheese slice on top. Instead of getting the hot tea I ordered, I got regular tea which was lukewarm (room temperature) at best.

I went to this location and I got the Ribeye steak sandwich combo and opted to get their onion rings instead of their fries. I normally have only gone to the one by Canton road. I won’t go back to this Powder Springs location again. They barely had any onion rings in the bag and I ordered a large and they were fried for way too long. I never had it where it was this salty. Someone who made the frozen batch must had accidentally dumped way too much salt. Or if they’re made from scratch at the store the person in the kitchen may had accidentally dumped way too much salt on the batter. I remember the onions being big in sizes but these were smaller and were overly fried. I see they have a score of 72 in cleanliness on their drive through and they should get 56 in cooking.

Walked in there this Saturday in which normally I would have gone through the drive thru. As we walked in there was a lady sweeping at the front door. She had a pile and I mean a huge pile of trash that we thought was trash but it was moving. My fiancée ask what is that and the lady replied we are being torn up with termites. These things were all over the place but had we not gone in we would not have known. We left!

Nasty. Daughters friend said her and her family eat there all the time so I took them both for breakfast. My daughter did not eat her food and I didn’t as well… disgusting for the price. Will not be back. Daughters friend told us that we probably should have picked a chicken biscuit or got a lot of jelly. Welp…. Won’t be back to find out if that’s ok or not… still end up going home to cook.. what a waste… then the line was long… I guess people like eating nasty food

Most of the time service is good and food is fresh but there are times you will get a hard biscuit. They are very busy as there are not many restaurants in the area. As everywhere they could use more help another line.

Best biscuits around! If you don’t mind the Sunday morning line it is well worth it. Side note if you get a mixer bowl double check they added your meat. Numerous times they have left off our sausage.
