Really good classic tasting biscuits! The large biscuits were about the size of my palm and the prices are really nice especially with every other place raising their prices. We ordered on the inside and got our food about 5 minutes later everyone we talked to was nice as well!

I love been coming to this location for over 10 years and seen the change in employees and food quality and management…the prices increase and the food quality is a hit or miss. I’m a cook and I know when a biscuit is a day old and reheated and bacon is dropped in cooking grease to cook fast.

I’ve visited this location ordered my food and when I got to work the biscuit was old and burnt looking and bacon looked as it was dropped in grease. So I called the store and told them and the told me to bring back the food to replace it…which is cool but I told them I can’t be back up there until a couple days because I drive trucks and I will be out of town for a couple days, she replied no food she can’t replace order I think I’m done with this restaurant

I placed an Uber Eats order online for my staff and had to wait over an hour for the delivery. When the order finally arrived, I quickly realized that half of the food was incorrect and several items were missing.

I attempted to call the store more than seven times, but no one answered. Because of this, I drove to the location and arrived around 10:35 PM. The front of the store was not busy at all. While standing there, I called the store again to confirm whether the phones were working since I had called multiple times with no response. I watched the phone ring several times while no one answered.

I informed the elderly lady at the front that my items were missing from my Uber Eats order. She briefly looked in the back, grabbed a bag, tossed it on the counter, and turned around to tell her employee, “Y’all have to do better with these Uber Eats orders,” before continuing with what she was doing. There was no apology and no effort to ask how they could make the situation right.

This is not the first time I have had to return to the store to correct an order. The food is amazing, but the customer service is extremely disappointing. Went through the drive-thru and when I got home half of our food was missing. I called and asked for a manager and told her the issue and that I wanted a whole new order and she said ma’am don’t talk to me like that, bring it back and I’ll give you a new order,” then hung up. I politely took it back and got my money back. You’re not going to talk to me any kind of way either after you made the mistake and didn’t apologize and get my money. I don’t suggest patronizing this business; I won’t.

My wife and I favorite breakfast place. We drive over 70 miles to Martin’s. The large steak, egg,and cheese biscuits are soooo delicious. A matter of fact, all of the biscuits are great. If you’ve never been, you need to give them a try.

Decent speed on service, everyone seemed nice and knowledgeable of menu. Wish they sold chicken or Turkey sausage and real Hash Browns Scattered not the Hash-brown patty. The Sausage and Eggs were good and the Biscuit is huge. The Biscuit got that strong yellow butter. The steak was just basic (not high quality steak). Grits are good. I appreciate them for good service fast and most things were edible. I’d rate them like a 3.8. Fries Salty. Hot dog soft and pale. Not the best hot dog. Breakfast sausage, biscuit and grits are my go-to here whenever I need a quick pick-me-up. Very affordable.

From the moment we walked in the experience was horrible. We were not greeted. We placed our order and that’s when everything went left. After 30 minutes I my sister got her food and asked where my food was because she ordered after me. The heavy set woman with her crack showing was packing orders she just looked at me. Finally after another 5 minutes I got my biscuit and Gris. The lady in the drive thru kept walking over to what I am assuming is the orange juice machine saying how these people get on her nerves. If she was that irritated she should have stayed home. This completely ruined my experience. The DOUGLASVILLE team would never treat their customers this way. This was my first and last time in your restaurant. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn’t do half a star.

Reasonable price for what you get. I had chicken fillet sandwich, it was bit oily but not bad. Size may be small. I want to try chicken dinner next time. It looks a good deal.
