I understand what changed at this place, but after that, it wasn’t the same. Food arriving cold, steak undercooked, pizza crust severely burnt on bottom. I grew up on this place since 5 and it’s been the go to for many years. But the quality of the food isn’t the same anymore

Grew up on this pizzeria, although the owner has changed…service and food is still good. New owner is just as nice. Food regardless of what you get is always fresh. Prices are fair. Clean and sanitary pizzeria.

I’ve been ordering from Martiniello’s for awhile and used to love their pizza. Not anymore. I ordered two pizza slices with extra pepperoni. I got it, but also got a TON of extra cheese which I did NOT ask for or want. It ruined the taste for me, I had to pick off the pepperoni, pick off all the cheese, and then put the pepperoni back for it to be edible. DON’T put extra cheese if your customer doesn’t request it!!

Great lasagna, good pizza but phone orders and customer services you can always count on rude , sarcastic, condescending smart A@… response and service for example as the world knows yes the pizza can be fresh but when placed on tray display you obviously have to reheat you can choose warm or extra hot. When I ask if can make it extra hot for pickup. His response was “ No problem I’ll burn it!” No; he was not joking ; no laugh just attitude . As the conversation proceed when I even wasted my time explaining what I meant as well this is not the first time he response like that he still continues. I said okay no problem just please veggies slice for pick up.

Got my pizza here since i was very little, great pizza, super nice and friendly staff. Great memories were made here. Family friendly. The only thing is there was this one incident maybe 7 yrs ago where i found a dead cockroach in the pie my family and i ordered.
