Great customer service for phoned in to go order. Customer service wasn’t as good in person for pick up.
Cream Crab Soup – I was so disappointed. I definitely had high expectations because I was told that it was homemade. The soup was pricey, but would had been worth it if it merely good.
Issues –
Why he heck were salty croutons placed on top of the soup?
Large pieces of celery
Large pieces of something mushy on the bottom
The worst part is that the soup barely had crab and definitely didn’t taste like cream of crab soup.
Cinnamon Roll – The roll was dry even though it was warmed i. Their toaster oven.
Iced Tea was very small for the hefty price of $3.
I will return only to try their homemade ice creams in the weather breaks

Cute cafe with a diner-ish vibe. It was clean and cheerful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful (specifically, Alexis).
The food was reasonably priced*, came out very quickly, and was good, hearty fare.
We tried the orange cream dream & lavender Earl Grey ice cream. Both were unique and tasty.
The fact that I usually eat supper at 7 makes their hours (they close at 7) a bit of a mismatch for my typical schedule.
My only complaint was that the food was a bit too salty.
*The food was reasonable, but the ice cream was a little pricey.

I recommend! Nice little cafe next the to movie theater. Street parking but I went on a Sunday morning and there was plenty. Servers were nice! Order upfront and then seat yourself, they bring the food to you!
My meal was very delicious the pancake was my favorite. It was very good, nice a soft. At first I thought maybe a bit too soft but the more you eat it the better it got. The monte crisco(might not be right name lol) but it was goood. Probably wouldn’t get it again simply because I came to realize I don’t really care for Swiss, but other than that it was very tasty.
Cappuccino was good as well. Spent $27.

On a whim, I stopped into Martha’s and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delish! I got the chicken and waffles with OJ. The environment was chill and clean. Wayne was helpful and sweet as well. I’ll def be returning.

So glad they’re open Sundays now. We’ve been wanting to try this place for years! We stopped by for brunch after church and it was just as you’d expect a small diner to be.
You go up to the register to place your order and it’s brought to your table for you.
I got the grilled chicken buffalo wrap with garlic parm fries and everything was delicious!

I just moved recently to the area and have been wanting to try this place for a few months. Go figure that memorial day weekend gave me that chance. The place has this beautiful classic 1930s to 1950s feel. They partner with a bunch of different local farms and artists in the area. They have unique food such as the lavender earl Grey ice cream. I was particularly impressed by the garlic parmesan fries. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place, also they are remodeling the basement for some events and I’m excited to see that too. Glad to see something small and local thriving today!!

I haven’t been here since the last restaurant went under and they have improved the food so so much! Everything was seasoned well, the portions are generous but not crazy, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely glad I tried them out and will be coming back to try the french toast.

To start, you are asked to seat yourself (no problem)* then you are asked to go up to the cash register to order (ok if you are by yourself, but pain with a group), then you have to pay up front (not a huge deal) and was asked for tip right there (haven’t even received any service yet).
Ordered meal with brisket, eggs, and potatoes; eggs and potatoes were good, but the meat was NOT brisket meat, and was just hard to chew bits of gristly meat and hard fat (was not appetizing at all). When “waiter” asked if everything was ok, I told him it was “okay”; he asked “okay?” Then I said, well, the meat is not brisket and is gristly chunks of fat and really not that good. He promptly said “oh”. Then walked away and never came back.
Place was clean, but not a great experience. I would likely not come back.

Jeremiah was very welcoming and pleasant. He immediately gave me an answer to a question I had regarding the menu and helped me in my choices. I ordered the chicken and waffles and was surprised how it came with bacon and a Sunnyside up egg in the middle. It was very presentable. The waffle was good, pretty fluffy and the maple butter and syrup were not super sweet. I like it a little more sweet personally but overall, it did not take away anything and it was all delicious. There isn’t a Kids menu so we ordered a bacon and cheddar cheese omelette which comes with yummy potatoes. It was a hit for the toddler! We would definitely go back. Thanks again Jeremiah and Keith.

Cafe conveniently located in Arbutus. Service was fast and staff were friendly. I loved that breakfast can be ordered all day. Menu is small and is a little pricey. The food was good! However, I ordered an omelet and would have preferred the spinach and tomato inside the omelet vs on top. The tomato was cold, as it was likely placed on top once done.
