The chicken and spinach Alfredo pizza is the best. We add shrimp, black olives, mushrooms and extra cheese. It’s our favorite pizza.

We hadn’t been to Marsala’s since they moved to Evansville and we were weekly patrons when they were in Stoughton for so many years. I am happy to find the pizza is as good, maybe better than I remember.

The crust is just thick enough to hold so much delicious cheese, but it never gets soggy or tough. Crisp, flaky to the end. The sauce while mild has a hint of sweetness that comes in and the exact moment it makes the perfect compliment. Plentiful toppings with vegetables that are crisp and snap, but not oversized to be confused with something from a garden salad.

Marsala pizza is the best pizza this side of Chicago and prices are so reasonable it is an easy place for a family to relax with great food. The staff are fast and never hovering, yet somehow seem to know just when to get a refill or when something is needed.

We are very happy to see our town’s favorite pizza/Italian place back and sound well. Definitely worth the drive no matter where you find yourself hungry for pizza.

The food here was definitely not the highlight of our visit. Don’t get me wrong, it was delicious. Some of the best breadsticks I’ve ever had. What really made the night was the waitress, Tina. She was kind, attentive, and oh so very personable. There wasn’t a guest in there that she wasn’t sweet too. A woman at another table forgot her reading glasses, and Tina came to her rescue by letting her borrow hers. Food can be amazing but it’s the experience that staff bring that really makes or breaks a dining trip. Keep on being you Tina! ♡

Steak sandwich is a must have. I’d get it without lettuce and with extra sauce on the side. Soooooo good. And don’t pass up the pasta. Haven’t had the pizza yet but I’m sure it won’t disappoint considering how amazing the rest of the food is. Plus everyone there is super friendly. Gotta love good customer service.

I ordered the hot wings as an appetizer. the wingettes were hot all the way through, but the drummies were ice cold on the bone. The server took them back and the kitchen remade them, but again they were still on the cold side. I dealt with it. The meat to fat ratio was extremely in favor of fat, and not very appetizing. Unless you order the BBQ or Garlic Parmesan ones, the hot wings are unseasoned, and have no sauce on them I guess. Caught me a little off guard.

As for the pizza, it was nothing amazing. Having spent 13 years in the restaurant business, I could tell as soon as the pizza hit the table that the crusts were not made in house. The toppings were not very plentiful, and the garnish of dry oregano was not enjoyed. Average experience at best, and not at all living up to the hype we had heard since the place opened.

It was nice seeing faces not hidden behind masks at a restaurant.

Our server was very attentive, and apologized for the wing issue at the correct times, and was not over bearing like many small town servers are.

For sure the best pizza in the area. Don’t like a lot of toppings “on my side” so they suggested the meat sauce. My husband added on toppings to his side! Delicious!! On your way home from a day of golf at the Evansville Golf Club stop by Marsala for dinner in or to go!!
Great owners!!

have had their pizza, it was good, nice chewy crust, sausage was seasoned well, this time had a beef sandwich, it was way more to eat than I expected and came with marinara. Lemon cake was so yummy but seemed a bit small for the price.

Bad experience. Ok pizza. Very slow. Told me when I ordered 25 minutes. Arrived and said it would be another 15 minutes. Ok. Ordered 2 small pizzas. One small cheese and 1 small sausage & mushroom. $26 dollars plus for 2 small pizzas. Looked at menu when I arrived home and was over charged. When I opened the sausage & mushroom pizza there were no mushrooms. Won’t be going back.

Tried Marsala’s for the first time the other day for delivery, I was NOT disappointed! The pizza arrived as if it just came out of the oven, I even burned the roof of my mouth on a delivered pizza, that’s unheard of! Cheese was clearly high quality and plenty of toppings to satisfy.
