My first time here was on 10/30/25 around 6pm. I sincerely hope that this review is seen by the owner and spurs them to take action. I love what Maroon Brew Co is trying to offer but my experience fell short in many ways.

This is a random collection of my observations and personal experience. The register to order is in the back corner and the layout of the tables made it difficult to smoothly navigate. If you’re in a wheelchair it’s not possible without asking seated patrons to move their chairs for you. The buzzers that alert you that your meal is ready make a loud beeping and are constantly intruding on the otherwise chill and conversational volume of the restaurant. My son loved the board games but the 3 that we tried playing were all broken or missing many pieces.

I ordered a beer and smash burger for myself, and a kids hotdog for my son. Apparently the beer was poured well before the food was ready but the lady behind the counter seemingly made no effort to find my table after I left the counter; it was sitting on the back counter when I picked up my food. Our food was ready quickly but the fries were cold for both orders, as was my burger. The highlight of the burger was the yellow mustard and pickles because the bun was much too dense and thick for the patties, which were relatively flavorless.

I’m in the immediate vicinity every week and I’d love to support this local restaurant but not if this is my experience next time I give them a try.

Had a great experience here! We were traveling to Collierville for a soccer tournament and came across Maroon Brew Co accidentally and decided to stop in. It was my wife, myself and two of my kids. Everyone was extremely friendly and took time to talk to us and told us about the brewery. The beer was awesome. I had a Mango/Peach IPA and a Wee Heavy. The food was outstanding as well. The had a very good kids menu. My wife had their smash burger and I had the hotdog of the month. We will be visiting again when returning for soccer tournaments!

Such a breath of fresh air in Collierville! Fun little brewery where kiddos are welcome, folks are friendly, and food and drafts are on point. Never been when it’s overly crowded and the staff is always so welcoming, helpful and nice. The smashburger is my kids’ absolute favorite and the other items we’ve tried (pretzel and beer cheese, chicken tenders, Mac n cheese) are all top notch. Such a fun, laid back little gem

Had my 20 year class reunion here at Maroon Brew and the team knocked it out of the park. The beer was awesome (had the Shelton Sour myself) and the food was really good. Would definitely recommend for any events or just going to check them out. Staff is very accommodating and good with recommendations if you’re not quite sure what you want as well. Will definitely be back when in town.

Great place to go for cold craft beer. There are a variety beers to choose from. Great appetizers, I love their pretzels. They have smash burgers and hot dogs with lots of toppings to choose from. They also have amazing wraps and salads, the chicken bacon ranch wrap is my favorite. Maggie and her staff have created an amazing space to enjoy a beer, food and great community atmosphere.

Awesome place for the whole family. We are for the first time for Tuesday night trivia. The smash burger was great, big ole hotdogs, stuffed tots, pretzels and beer. You can try a flight of 4 beers. There are board games and kid spaces. The manager also brought out a new dip(chicken bacon ranch with fresh pita chips). Check it out.

I wanted to love it, but not so much. They have a play area for kids, so lots of little kids coming in. Asked for extra sauce that came on chicken sandwich because there was hardly any on it. They wanted to charge an extra $1.75 to my credit card. This is after I gave a 20% tip and they didn’t do anything because you order at the bar and then you have to go get it when it’s ready.

A family friendly brewery in Collierville? Sign me up. Day 1 was packed, and they handled it excellently. Grabbed the Byhalia Brown Ale and the stuffed tots. Both were excellent and the service was extremely smooth. Despite it being day 1, it felt like they were a well oiled machine and everyone with a smile on their face. There is a section for kids to play with kids toys, which my daughter took great advantage of. This place is already a Collierville staple. Will be back!

We tried the hot dog, the smash burger, and the Gazebo Golden Ale – all were good, but the reason to come is for the beer not the food. We were there for an early lunch, but it seemed like a great atmosphere and place to hang out with friends.

Beer is good, not great, but no complaints on that front.
Entering, you must walk from the front to the back, through tables, people randomly sitting, kids running around. Not ideal at all.
The aesthetics are boring. Its just tables and chairs in one big room.
And,I’ll say it.They advertise ‘family friendly’.Apparently that means kids running around, junior football parties, crying babies…while there are adults just trying to have a convo over a beer.I’ve tried them four times now,and unless you like it loud with children, you might want to try someplace else.
