Best chocolates in America! We have tried chocolates all around the USA and the world. These are definitely up there with the best in the US. These flavours and presentation are second to none. We started buying them when they were in the back of a furniture store. The price is getting a bit high, tho.

This is quite possibly the best chocolate I have ever had. My husbands work gifted us a set for the holidays. We have been all over Europe and enjoyed this more than the best chocolatier in Belgium. I have to say though, with such incredible complexity and creativity in the chocolate flavors, why the super simple name? Christopher Elbow does not at all make me think of this wildly seductive tasting chocolate. Not one is overly sugary, the textures are perfection and it might be the one thing I’ll look forward to visiting in Kansas. :). Superb job. -sincerely, a Florida chocolate snob.

Our dear friends invited us to come along for the Gift of Life fundraiser called Go See Do. One of the locations available was this one.
We got a lovely informational tour presented by the head chef. We got to taste single origin chocolate from Madagascar, Ecuador and the Vietnam. Delicious!
The tour was fantastic and they even gave us a discount to buy some chocolate to take home. Which we did!
I appreciated Christopher Elbow supporting a local worthy charity so graciously and generously.
The place is incredibly tidy, and the chocolate is the best I’ve had in my life!
Going forward I will be buying all my client holiday gifts here.

The Cacao Experience with Ethan as our guide was informative, engaging AND delicious! While we were there, the Health Department came in with an award for excellence in food safety. The chocolates are exquisite. As beautiful as they are delicious!
