Ordered online and got a half everything and half cheese pizza. They put onions and pepperoni on the whole pizza. Called to.get a new pizza. Cancelled my order while on the phone with them. Still got charged for a pizza that was not delivered. Tried to contact the management to settle this situation. Staff took my number when I called but no one ever called back. Tried to email through their website’s contact and never got a responce. Tried for a month to talk to someone to resolve this, and it seems no one cares.

Ordered take out for the family, I usually won’t put one star but my whole family agreed that a store bought delissio is heads and tails better. Super thin, by weight I would have imagined only a slice was in the 12” box.

Marnanteli’s Pizza is awesome. They offer much more than simply pizzas, including sandwiches, salads, pastas and combination meals. They also have a decent child’s menu. Marnanteli’s food is always affordable for my budget, besides our family lives just down the road from their Sartell location and they usually will deliver freshly made food within 45 minutes. The portion sizes are always adequate, and the food is usually still warm enough to eat, even in Minnesota winters. We have had their pizzas, chicken sandwiches, and several things off the children’s menu.
Marnanteli’s Pizza in Sartell does offer service to people who would like to dine in. My family has never eaten inside the restaurant, so I cannot say how the service is. None of us have used the bathroom, so I do not know at the moment if it is handicap accessible, nor if they have a changing table. We have gone in to pick up the food, and it is a rather small dining area, but I think most of their business is delivery.
Randy answered the phone when I was having an issue ordering on their website, and he was more than happy to help me order exactly what I wanted over the phone.
I have not been to the one in Cold Spring; however, I have had many pleasant experiences at the location in Sartell.

This is the absolute worst pizza and cheese sticks I have had in my 40 yrs of life on this earth. I have had pizza from all over the world. Good pizza, decent pizza, and bad pizza. Then there is this abomination of pizza at martinellis. Eat it at your own risk I will never order from here again, and I hope no one else ever does as well.

Small little hole in the wall type of joint. Pizza is phenomenal tho. Only been here twice, because i live no where near Sartell. But whenever i do come up here, this is a must stop for me now. 6 inch pizzas work wonders. Considering i have 3 boys that like different toppings. Kids i tell ya. Dough smells and taste fresh. Delicious sauce, which can easily make or break a pizza… thinking about it, i should order another one to take home with me.

Last week I ordered a large pizza. The problem is with the box and the manager. The side of the box just below where you open the lid is not secured in any way. It’s just loosely folded in under the lid and that’s it. I tilted the box ever so slightly while taking it into the kitchen and the pizza slid out of the side of the box face down on the floor. Take a look at the box if you order and you’ll see what I mean. Staff told me the manager said it’s not their fault how the box is made and there’s nothing that they’re willing to do about it. Period. They’d rather lose a customer. It’s the equivalent of your groceries breaking through a cheap grocery bag onto the tar before you even get to the car. Very poor customer service. Never again.

The pizza is amazing. The crust isn’t to thick or thin, just the right amount of sauce and the toppings are balanced. We usually have a special order; it is always right. The atmosphere is rather plain. Great to order take away and enjoy at a nearby park or back home for movie night.
