Just got in a crazy workout and always seen this one spot driving home. Guess what…TODAY WAS THE DAY! And wow was it an amazing choice! You are greeted by the legend himself, with a level of enthusiasm & happiness you can’t seem to find anymore! Nice extensive menu with a great variety of freshly made burger, chicken sandwiches, cheesesteaks & hot dogs. Refreshing outdoor seating makes eating here almost as cinematic as a Martin Scorsese film. I ordered the classic “Double Smashed Cheese Burger” with sautéed onions. When I say it is truly one of the top 5 burgers i’ve had in VA, I mean it! Don’t even get me started on how amazingly crisp the fries are! Ask for the secret Lawrys seasoning on them…thank me later. If you are ever in the area and are craving a one of kind burger, with a one of kind dining experience, you now now where to go! Thank Marky for the great eats!

If you are looking for Awesome hot dogs, cheese steaks or burgers with fries straight out of the fryer….this is your place! Small red food truck in the Home Depot parking lot. Owner runs the truck himself. Great guy who is very personable and willing to please. You will not feel ignored at all if you need to wait because of a line as Markey acknowledges your presence the whole wait. Hes such a fun guy who makes great food. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

Great prices, even better customer service. Having never been here before I was in standby welcomed by Marky mark himself with such a friendly and positive vibe! I ended up going with the district dog…as you know I always take a picture of the food….this time it was so good and I was so hungry I was 3/4 of the way done and was not about to slow down and stop eating that delicious dog!!!! The hotdogs was delicious but I plan on returning just for the chill atmosphere, sir Marky conversation, and to try a new hotdogs! Keep up the awesome service and everyone go check him out, you won’t be disappointed!!!!! 10 stars ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Marky’s Munchery is hands down one of the best food trucks in the DMV. I had the classic cheesesteak and it was incredible — the meat was flavorful, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the bread was fresh and soft. Easily the best cheesesteak I’ve had in the area.
The fries were hot, crispy, and well-seasoned, and everything was made fresh to order. The owner clearly takes pride in his food and it shows.
He also has smash burgers and gourmet hot dogs that I’m excited to come back and try. If you’re anywhere near the Home Depot in Alexandria, do yourself a favor and check this place out. It’s a true hidden gem.

Marky is one of the most authentic people I have ever met. He really made the experience of buying a Philly cheesesteak that much better AND he gave me 2 pieces of bacon for my dogs. Food was great and cheap too

Phillies 5/5: Whether you go with Marky’s Famous Cheese Steak or Blackened Chicken Philly, both are generously packed with meat and full of flavor. You get fantastic value for your money every time.

Brought the dogs here to get some dogs. Fun to sit and visit with Marky while he cooks up some dogs for you. We love the Phillies and my go-to dog is the Sloppy Marky’s. Yum! Fresh and hot every time! One of our favorite spots, esp. when you are tired of the “normal” fast food.
