I have been coming to this ihop for a little while now and the quality of the food has gone down a lot. I always love when I dine in as the service is great. The waitress/waiters I have had are lovely. But today the food was at its worst. I got 2 over easy eggs, and one of them had no yolk. in the middle of the egg it was just the whites, and they were wet (to be fair they don’t cook them for a long time when ordered over easy of course). The bacon was almost a grey color. The hashbrowns were fine but not as good as they used to be. & the pancakes were just fine as well. Super turned off by this unfortunately dont think I’ll come back to this location! I ordered on uber eats for pick up. I have done this before & the food was fine, much better than it was today!

This was my first time coming to an IHOP after years of been out of the country because on serving in the military. Came to this location with another person that is also a veteran and in every table was this sign with not specific day advertising a free breakfast for veterans. Well we asked our server Adrian E. Who told us that yes it was an ongoing promotion for service member and asked for our IDs to proof our affiliation to the military. After we ate the bill was brought to us with all the full priced meals and said that they can do the 10% because that wasn’t for today. Well between the conversation he called his manager a female who even yelled at him in front of all the customers (Very unprofessional) telling him not to said wrong information, but anyways charged us the meals and removed the drinks. It was a very uncomfortable moment and horrible experience in IHOP. Great welcome back to the country!

Service from our waitress was great, she did her best. We order breakfast meal which in turn make us entitled to bottomless pancakes. We kept asking for more as we finished one set. As we were waiting on the last order the Manger came over as said we had to leave cause we were there too long ( she was very rude) I never knew ihop had a time limit for dining in. Very disappointed with the manager she needs to learn how to speak with customers .

Martha was such a delight as my waitress for my friend and I. She had such a sweet, bubbly personality and the cutest makeup on her gorgeous face. Food came out really great. Martha was attentive with us and even gave us a cute lil chat about her life. My friend spoke Spanish with her and it was such a sweet moment to witness! I love a waitress that can make you feel comfortable, share a laugh and loved all at once. This IHOP location definitely beats out the others that are closer to my home just because of the wonderful Martha!! Give her a raise + extra tips during the holidays!

Our server was amazing until we order the bottomless pancake the second time .it took 30 minutes she keep saying the are busy so we understand then the manager came over and adk if we finish eat we can leave because the are busy and all of a sudden our pancake arrived at the table so we left.. if the wanted us to leave to come ask us nicely

I took my 5 year old daughter there to eat after a doctors appointment. When we sat down….. I realized the place was FREEZING COLD. Every customer was bundled up wearing coats while eating. I took into consideration the type of weather we’ve been having lately and gave the place the benefit of the doubt…….. the server was nice…… he took our order and brought my daughter her order in a timely fashion…… he brought a partial portion of my order (scrambled eggs) and advised I start eating that while I wait for the rest of my order before the eggs got cold. Another thing that I didnt care for but AGAIN here I am STILL giving this place the benefit of the doubt……. it wasn’t until I turned to grab salt and pepper and saw a FULLY GROWN ROACH chilling on the pepper and it appeared to be sitting there the WHOLE TIME………. I didn’t make a scene……. I asked one of the employees for a manager…… she went to get the manager but the manager NEVER showed their face… at this point I am FURIOUS and just told another employee that there is a roach on my table and I am leaving……. He never even apologized for it either…….. I am soooooooo disgusted with my experience and that place and will NEVER step foot in that place ever again…… bad enough you have your customers FREEZING while spending HARD EARNED MONEY (especially in todays economy) I had to experience something as unsanitary with ZERO apologies or attention from the manager. I will be sharing this on my social media as well telling people NOT to go to this Ihop in Valley Stream……… DISGUSTING

I ordered ahead on the IHOP app for pickup before work, I was able to order exactly what I wanted and pick up on time, I’ve always loved coming here, I ordered the bacon omelette And added the avocado for $2.99 I think is reasonable with how much food costs now in days but when I opened my breakfast I was so disgusted at what I saw. My avocado was turned dark I personally would have preferred to be charged extra for a good avocado or explained there were bad before sitting that in top of my meal. My meal was cold, I had ordered the cinnamon dippers with the caramel sauce and it came with a white sauce I’m very disappointed and I would probably never come to this location again.
