Attended a seminar here tonight. Great sirloin steak, Atlantic salmon and cheesecake! I cannot speak for the entire place as we were in a separate banquet room but the service we got was awesome.
Cloth table cloths and napkins, added to the great ambience of the place. It is rather fancy and I think would be great for special celebrations because the prices are fairly up there!

Went to Mark’s Prime for a special-occasion dinner and it felt like a real steakhouse experience from start to finish—dim lighting, white-tablecloth vibe, and service that actually pays attention. The steak was the star: great sear, cooked exactly how I asked, and brought out sizzling. Sides were rich and shareable, and the wine list had plenty of good options. It’s definitely a splurge, but if you want a classic “dress up and treat yourself” night, this place delivers.

The shrimp cocktail was delicious. Seafood pasta was not really great. Loaded baked potato and appetizer were fantastic. Wasn’t wowed with the service. So many restaurants around. Not sure if I will visit a second time.

My husband and I had dinner at Mark’s Prime approximately 2 weeks ago. We had a chop salad which was ok, lobster escargot which was excellent, jalapeno au gratin potatoes which were good, grilled artichokes (which came in a tomato sauce and did not taste grilled). The side dishes were relatively small in comparison to the price and the size of the portions in the past. My husband had the 11 oz. Filet Mignon medium and it was cooked perfect. I had the NY strip – medium and it was rare. Our waitress was busy and luckily another waitress caught my eye. She apologized that the steak was not cooked as ordered. A man brought back my steak and I’m not sure if he was a manager because he didn’t identify himself. Just said I’m sorry and hope this is better. Well it was a bit better but obviously not the same as if it came out correctly. It was a little tough at this point and grilled too much on the outside. And even worst was that I couldn’t eat at the same time as my husband. When we left all the man said to us was have a nice evening. We have been to Mark’s in the past and were disappointed to say the least by this visit.

Absolutely amazing as always. This is my favorite place to come for food. There are way to many selections of foods that are just indescribable. Have to have and try them all.

The greeting, atmosphere, and food were amazing and truly made for a perfect first impression. Our server, Devyn, was exceptional from start to finish. She shared the specials, guided us through the menu, and offered thoughtful recommendations. Her attentiveness and thoughtfulness made the entire experience even more special for our occasion. Everything came out perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon!

It was our anniversary and first time here. They texted that table is ready before our reservation which worked out great. Booth just the two of us. They wished us a happy anniversary. I guess the prices are reasonable considering the steak was so stinking delicious and come out of a Fire oven, lol. I wished the sides would come with the meal, but these places are like this. Had the mashed potatoes which were very good. For our anniversary they offered us a dessert which was very rich and good. They give you bread to munch on before the meal comes out. I would recommend for nice dinners out, whether anniversary or if you just have the extra money to have a nice dinner.

I’ve been trying to get reservations to this place for awhile but always booked up. Tonight I decided to come early at opening and get a seat at the bar. Luckily I was first because the bar filled up behind me quickly. I even discovered they reserve bar seating so good to know.
What can I say about the food… Delicious! I started with a lovely bottle of wine, Caymus Suisun, the Walking Fool. It was right in my wheelhouse for dry bold reds and the price was fantastic!
I had the Fillet Mignon, Risotto (cream, Parmesan & mushroom, and Brussel Sprouts with bacon and onions. Ok so the fillet was perfectly cooked and delicious ( might be best I’ve had). Risotto was again perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The cream sauce with mushroom and not to much Parmesan it was perfect! The Brussel Sprouts were great caramelized bacon which added the perfect amount of sweetness.
Ok so I did dessert but did something other than crème brûlée which is unusual for me. I had the Chocolate Paradise which is a chocolate mousse. OMG it was fantastic and way too much for me. I had 3 spoonfuls of heaven. It had Oreo pieces on top. More chocolate syrup and whipped cream. OMG so good so good. I’m taking the rest to my almost 94 year old chocolate-colic Aunt Eunice V Vanlue. If you want to come make reservations probably a week or more in advance!
Definitely will be back Sierra at the bar was GREAT.

We have been trying to visit this establishment, and finally, we came for a birthday celebration. The restaurant is quite nice, but for a fine dining steakhouse, I expected better. The table was beautifully decorated, but the booth had a hole in the leather. The service was incredible, and the food was acceptable for me. The Green Apple Martini was a perfect balance of flavors.
The appetizers were great. The calamari was fried to perfection, and they had a peperoncino mix with it that added a touch of spiciness. The lobster bisque was creamy and full of flavor.
The main dishes were also good. The lamb chops were cooked to medium-rare, seasoned well, and delicious. The ribeye was medium-rare, charred on the outside, and warm in the center. The New York strips were cooked well done, but still tender and charred.
The sides were not as good. The lobster Mac and Cheese was not good at all. You had a delicious lobster with dry pasta and cheese that did not combine well with the lobster. There was some crumble on top, but it did not enhance the taste. The potatoes gratin with jalapeños was smothered in cheese, but there was hardly any potatoes, and I did not taste any jalapeño. The grilled asparagus was delicious.
The desserts were delicious. The Crème Brulee was mouthwatering, and the Chocolate Muse with Almonds and Strawberries was so delightful to end the night.
The wine selection was also great.
Overall, the restaurant was very good, but there were some misses. I believe they need to remodel some for fine dining.

We waited nearly 20 minutes for bread. Ordered the bacon app. It was the best part of our dinner. My husband ordered an expensive steak, $89.00. He thought it should be easy to cut and it was not. Chewing it was a challenge
I ordered Sea Bass, I love Sea Bass and have eaten it at restraunts for several years. When cooked properly it has a crisped crust on the outsidde. This piece was barely seared. I could not.taste the fish only the butter.
The Brussel sprouts saute were recommended. They were soggy. They resembled boiled vegtables.
We were celebrating Valentined day early. The best thing about the night was the conversation and watching the street activity on a Saturday night.
