Surprised that this place isnt at least 4.5 stars! I have ordered lunch from here multiple times now and have had amazing food every time. Ive tried their pizza, a couple salads, a pasta dish, tomato soup & grilled cheese, and ALL of it is good. It’s a bit pricier but it’s really worth it. I work in the area and grab lunch from a variety of different places but Nordstrom has the tastiest food.

Love this place! Been coming here since I was a child with my mom. The crostinis that come with the tomato soup are amazing! Our food was taking a little while and the lovely server gave us cookies!

Once you make it past the gauntlet of teens and kids selling packaged snacks at the door, the array of scents at the perfume counter, and shoppers out with their children, you can find on Nordstrom’s 3rd floor a cafe with a view of the other side of the shopping center and the skywalk. Service was good and so was the food, but things get hectic, loud, and slow with an increase of customers. Highly recommend the cheddar chive biscuit warmed.

Very good dinner yesterday evening..delicious ravioli and the kids loved their cheeseburgers and salads! Friendly and prompt service in a well appointed, clean dining room with a nice outside view. Quiet and chill setting for a relaxed dinner. Prices are reasonable. Will repeat and definitely recommended!

Was in on 2/6/24 at around 3:30. Ordered at front per usual. Went to be seated and every table was disgusting dirty. No other customers in the restaurant. Literally 0. Already paid and so wiped off table . Was served burned/black crust Flatbread. Inedible. Asked to have it taken off bill and were double charged instead ! I loved this place, but it seems like there is lack of management or quality control now? Chef let black crust leave the kitchen? We won’t be back and will be sure to tell others as well.

Fast service you order then you find a seat and bring your food to you. The clam chowder really tasty. All the specials they offer always different and very flavorful. Nice and quiet and great service. Cookies to go are delicious.

Usually we love going to this place and it’s usually great service but today we had horrible experience. First when we walked in the man on the register taking our order was so rude and dismissive when we tried to substitute some thing on our plate. Which we have done many times before in the restaurant, so before asking one of of co workers he tried rudely dismissing us, then one of the co workers allowed us to do the replacement, since we do it all the time. Then he made a mistake and only put down one order of what we got when we clearly said we wanted two. Then when we told them we wanted two it took twice as long for them to bring the second dish. When they did bring it the server dropped it off and walked away immediately pretending not to see that the dish was completely burned, like actually black, we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it but it was horrible. We asked for a refund because we didn’t went to wait even longer. Then at first they said we couldn’t refund you tip, for burnt food i have to tip you guys? Really bad experience and it made us so sad because it’s usually really good.

I frequently get carryout food from this café, 4 plus times a month. My favorite is the clam chowder. Today, I ordered the clam chowder bowl with a sandwich to go. Upon arrival, they alerted me that there wasn’t anymore bread that comes with chowder bowl. I was disappointed but knew the chowder would be just fine with my sandwich. When I arrived at home I stirred the chowder up to find it very watery and literally without potatoes and clams. It smelled like onion soup. I will reach out to the establishment tomorrow. I understand it was 30 minutes before closing when I got my food but I would have accepted that there wasn’t anymore soup for the day.

I ordered a large salad, chicken with goat cheese. Honestly the biggest rip off of $15 I have ever had at a restaurant. I thought they were mistaken when they brought me the salad to the table. I showed them my receipt and told them I ordered a large salad. The waitress said, this is the large. The plate may have been the larger of the plates but literally hardly anything on it. I truly felt so cheated.

Convenient dining option inside the Nordstrom store. Tried the fig and goat cheese salad and it was delicious! Although the servers bring the food out to your table, ordering is at the kiosk and so you have to go back and order if you need to get additional food. Servers can’t take orders at the table.
