Went to Market Fresh at Key Center today for lunch and was genuinely impressed. The salad bar is massive — loads of fresh toppings, fruit (including kiwi, pineapple, and grapes), and some great pre-made options like quinoa salad and avocado salad.
The hot food buffet was even better than I expected — the salmon was excellent, and the pineapple chicken was packed with flavour. The pasta was lovely, and the spring rolls were surprisingly good too. They also had teriyaki chicken, potstickers, meatballs, and a variety of rice options.
You pay by weight, but prices are reasonable — my lunch came to around $10 and I left full and happy.
Honestly, everything I tried was great — nothing bad to report at all. For a quick, tasty, and well-rounded lunch in Bellevue, this place is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great salad bar with a wide variety of choices and the ingredients are fresh, healthy, and delicious! For 10 bucks I can get a pretty decent amount of food. This will definitely be my go-to lunch place on weekdays!

I was so happy to find this little place as I was a visitor to Park Key Center due to bomb cyclone 2024. Very fresh salad bar with loads of toppings to choose from, delightful buffet which included three types of rice, teriyaki chicken, tofu, potstickers, egg rolls, meatballs, fried shrimp, etc. Pay by the pound. Wish I had this at my work.
