This review is long overdue as I have probably eaten here 20 times now, but I can say that Maki Maki is consistently delicious and some of the most legit sushi you will find here in Bend.
The rice-to-fish ratio is spot on (they don’t use a ton of rice on their rolls) so you really taste the flavor of the sushi as opposed to just filling up on rice.
My favorite rolls are the Edison and Sunshine rolls, both of which are gluten-free. They have also accommodated a GF salmon poke bowl, which had a delicious sweet sauce and loads of fish.

i come here often. the gyoza in fantastic. the spicy tuna roll is fantastic. the crab rangoons are great. i just got the tempura salmon roll for the first time and WOW. just perfect. i highly recommend this place!!

Got sushi from here for my birthday and everything tasted AMAZING! Easily the best sushi in Bend. The volcano roll was my favorite, and the Edison was a close second. The burrito roll may seem a little menacing, but tasted surprisingly fresh and had a great selection of ingredients!

Food was great and came out quick. The fish and shrimp they use is super fresh and great quality. Only complaint was it seems like they mix the cream cheese mix for the won tons with something warm because the cheese was separating by the time we got them, however the crab in them was fresh and tasted real and not like imitation crab so that was a plus.

Overall pretty good! Got the volcano roll, crazy tuna, and California. The Sushi looks amazing but in my opinion the flavor is pretty standard. prices are ok. Not sure if it’s what we got but I think there was a bit too much going on. Decent option!

I wasn’t able to try thier food because they were out of fish for poke, and sushi.
5 stars because the trailer is clean and love the artwork.
I understand running out of fish from a busy day or week, but why not stock a little extra fish to overlap with the next delivery? Northfresh has run out of fish 2 weekend in a row on us. So we just go to sebastians fish market and get poke.
Can’t wait to try though another day!

Went to the LOT for dinner. I love these food truck/food courts cause everyone get just what THEY want with no ‘arguing’ Maki Maki Sushi qas delightful. The unagi don was really tasty. Wish i was hungrier so i could have gotten more.
