Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish!

From the moment I walked in, everything was top-notch. The two young ladies who waited on me were amazing in every single way—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The cleanliness was SUPER, which I always appreciate, and the food was incredible.

The cinnamon roll pancakes were hands-down the star of the show—so good they deserve a special shout-out! Everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared.

Overall, the entire experience was a 10 out of 10. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. I will absolutely be back and will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and definitely can see myself going back. The restaurant was very clean. Like the fact they have menus that they can clean easy. The waiter Casey was very pleasant and attentive. When I had questions he explained them very throughly. Foods prices were reasonable. I got the Omelet with fired apples and fried potatoes. And for dessert the cinnamon roll. Everything was delicious the apples were a little more crunchy than I like but they were still seasoned well. My Omelet had the perfect amount of cheese and plenty of vegetables and meat. The cinnamon roll was absolutely amazing and not too sweet. Perfect amount of icing. If you haven’t tried Market at Main Wards then you are truly missing out on a gem.

Good breakfast in a nice place served by nice people. The chicken and sweet potato waffle special was better than most chicken and waffles offerings I’ve tried over the years. The coffee isn’t great, but it’s pretty good.

Ordered the Main Event with water. Two scrambled eggs (cooked to order), bacon, potatoes, and apples. The first bill was $21.99 ??? I was charged for coffee and bacon ??extra??. I didn’t have coffee and the bacon was supposed to be the “protein”. I pointed this out and the waitress apologized and brought me a second bill “corrected” $13.49 and this one I was charged for “scrambled” eggs. A 50 cent charge for scrambled. The food is ok but CHECK your bill. This was my first and last time here. A friend said the first time everything was great and the next time was not. I hope they can get their act together.

So I’ll start off by saying their pancakes are fantastic, i Can’t get enough of them. But today I had something that just didnt work in my opinion. I ordered the corned beef hash eggs Benedict and the hash flavor wasnt good. It was more like a dinner roast flavor than corned beef hash. I had my wife try it and she didnt want another bite. The English muffin was fine, the egg was cooked wonderful, and the hollandaise sauce was great. Next time I just stick with the classic or the pancakes.

Great service, staff was super helpful and friendly. Very large menu of choices in drinks and food, their homemade corned beef hash and sweet potato pancakes were faves, but all was good! Will return

The host greeted us promptly and had us seated quickly during the busy brunch hours. Our waitress, Emily, was attentive and answered questions we had about the menu. Our food arrived hot and delicious. We had corned beef Benedict with hash browns, a waffle with bacon, and a bowl of fresh fruit. Everything was well cooked and seasoned perfectly. Our glasses never went empty. This is one place that is a must when in the area.

This is a nice breakfast/lunch spot that has a comfortable atmosphere, with unique sandwiches, and friendly staff. Despite a bit of business, they were still quick to try and get us seated and served. There is plenty of variety on the menu without it being to overwhelming. Several quiche options, pancakes, eggs, and breakfast options provide plenty for those desiring a breakfast or brunch, served “all day”. Desiring a nice lunch, chose from the many salad, sandwich, and wrap options. We liked that many of the sandwiches had a unique take on traditional options. All of them were cooked and prepared well with the chicken of the Avochicken being fully cooked without being dry and was a generous portion with fresh vegie topping. The Reuben also had a generous meat and kraut portion in a toasted marble rye. The bread tasted fresh and the kraut had a nice, sharp tang. The onion rings were crispy and hot. The home-made chips were also well cooked and seasoned.

The BLT on wheatberry bread was great. One crisp tomato slice and one green leaf lettuce piece on each half. Several slices of bacon with the right amount of mayo on it. Perfect. The potato chips for the side were a nice surprise as they came out warm.
The waitress Amy, was super cheerful, polite and on top of her service A game. She somehow found out it was my birthday and brought me a cinnamon bun with a candle in it and sang me happy birthday with my friends (free). What am awesome surprise. The two friends that joined me live in Lynchburg and had not been to this location. We will be coming back!

Holy moly this place was a lucky gem. Best corn beef hash I’ve had. Cinnamon roll pancakes that lived up to the concept. Sausage patties were a little under seasoned, but still great. Will absolutely come back when I’m coming through this area.
