Delicious food, seafood is always pricey, this place has good quality and flavors.
The mojarra al mojo de ajo was huge and very delicious. Los camarones a la diabla super spicy (as it should be) and really good as well. I go during the week to avoid the busy weekends and if I’m lucky, I might get to hear live music from the norteños when other people buys them songs

So good! Fast and very pleasant service! My breaded shrimp was so wonderfully crunchy, and the hubs loved his grilled. Beautiful presentation. And now we are joined by a singer with an accordion! Plus I think we may be the only Anglos here, which I think always speaks well for an ethnic restaurant!

The coolest mariscos restaurant in Villa Park. I really got to give it a chance. I’ve been driving past this place every day and I finally got a chance to come here. Great service. Authentic food. Fresh amazing service. Nice faces. I had the garlic shrimp platter. The first thing they do is give you ceviche and spicy spicy sauce and also as an appetizer while you wait. I got the tequila rise hit the spot. I wish it was a little bit stronger but this is a perfect place. Amazing family style restaurant, great place to come party or a place to come with your loved significant other as a fancy dinner.

Very overpriced for what we got we asked for. We order a molcagete Cora and a pasta brava the molcagete Cora didn’t look like the picture the was no langostinos in it as it showed on the menu the molcagete was cold and it’s contents more on the warm side than hot and it was mainly imitation crab meat literally 3 pieces of octopus some shrimp and 2 very skinny crab legs one hallow by the way pasta overwhelming creamy didn’t taste as it should I want to think it was a new cook in the kitchen sorry but this is not a place that I’ll be looking forward on returning the restaurant was not as busy when we walked in only 3 tables of parties if 4 tops

Very bad experience in this place, they charged us with more items that we didn’t order, and after that whe we complained, they said that they were going to check the cameras to make sure. Honestly that was offensive. Me and my family are not going to this place never again.

Over priced , rice portions could be bigger . Heard the waitresses talking crap about us in Spanish (I don’t look Mexican but I am ). So not the best service. Other than that food is PHENOMENAL , just order take out .

Great food and great service. The margaritas were really good too. We had a great time with friends and the staff was really good and music wasnt loud. Four stars because most of the menu is shrimp based. They do have traditional beef realted menu items but it was all really good. Will definetely return.

Passed this place dozens of times. Biggest mistake i could’ve made. AWESOME FOOD! AWESOME SERVICE! Definitely the best Authentic Mexican seafood on North Av. for miles around. Must be a Mexican secret. Felt like I stepped in to Mexico and was on vacation lol. Definitely going back
