Great place! Authentic “cantina” feel, and a little bit scary if you’re not careful! Seriously though, great food and a fun place to have a casual dinner.

I was actually on my way to a different place, when I saw this and it’s closer to my home. I’m glad I changed my path. I ordered the mojarra, to be on the safe side, (as it was some place new to me). It was delicious, as were the beans and rice. Simple dish perhaps but one of my favorites. The Michelada with Pacifico beer was good, as well. The staff was friendly. Due to COVID, it wasn’t packed, as seating is limited. Nevertheless, this will definitely be one of my local favorites.

Been going since 2018 ,
Food: is great depends what dish you order. If you are a Seafood lover this is the place. Just don’t order the shrimp cocktail any whole shrimp is not cleaned. This is not a place to order tacos. The meat is dry.
Environment: It’s not a big place and gets loud when they have banda. So if you can’t handle loud noise or get suffocated easily this is not the place for you.
Service: When the restaurant was pretty brand new the service was great. Waitresses were fully trained to provide good service no matter how difficult a client can be mostly when they were intoxicated .

Unfortunately last 3 times I have visited with family groups the service has been awful. It’s like the waitresses just serve but don’t care what customers request for. They have charged incorrectly. When you tell them something is not correct or if they forget to provide something when you ask for it again they get upset and get an attitude
.. They don’t smile or greet anymore. Makes you feel uncomfortable as a customer
. What happened to good service

This is a good place to enjoy seafood, good taste of seafood seasoned Nayarit style, live music and a great service, the prices are not so cheap, for a campechana cocktail and a ceviche tostada, plus a clamato preparado 65 with the tip included, seafood is not cheap, but frome time to time is necessary.

The food was really good. But service was not very good and has room for improvement. I sat at the bar was given cold chips and salsa. When food came out. I was not given any sauce(s) for my food which I had street tacos with rice……. would I eat here again? if im in town and have a big craving for tacos I might come.

This spot usually never lets us down… we stopped by there today and they had 1$ beers. They have these chilis wrapped in bacon with shrimp inside and they are amazing. I suggest to stop at this location if you want to try great fresh sea food.

A typical Northern Pacific Mexican Seafood place. If you are into Mexican seafood from cold cocktails and hot dishes fish, shellfish, and Mexican seafood in general also a plentiful selection of Mexican beers and a few domestic beers and liquors. The food was mediocre the cooks may not have all the ingredients to satisfy a proper crafting of a favorite of mine cold seafood concoction called the Campechana. This cocktail doesn’t contain any liquor but it’s prepped with clams, oysters, shrimp, cooked octopus, scallops along with a base of cucumber, tomato and lime juice. The problem was that it was lacking oysters, scallops, and a few other shellfish, while at the end getting overpriced by three dollars on the item. I also was not pleased with the cooked shrimp used on several dishes not being devined and cleaned properly.
Prices are on the higher side compared to street vendors that sell similar food. Speaking about prices, the menus must be outdated since prices on the check didn’t match the prices on the menu as stated before on the item I picked. Three of the items selected by my family members were charged three dollars more than what the price on the menu was. I didn’t confront or bring it up to the waitress since I was in a hurry and didn’t want to cause a scene or simply brushed off with a simple answer as “prices have gone up”, it simply reflected the gratuity tip I left.

First time stopping by and while I felt very out of place the food was fantastic! Service was absolutely trash as the servers were more concerned about putting their makeup on at the bar and flirting with the men eating there. A live band started preforming right as the server came to take our order, the two songs they played were good but extremely loud for the small space. As an additional warning the booths are comfortable but the tables are too short and get over crowded quickly.
