I’m been here before, so as usual before I give a review, I usually go two or three times before I have an honest opinion. This is a decent place to get seafood. That is if you can get past the smell of cleaning products. My goodness, you can almost taste the fabuloso (or Pine-sol?) it’s just way too much. I understand they need to clean their place, but maybe clean with such strong stuff, but wait after business hours? It’s just too much, but my craving for a campechana was bigger than my desire to leave asap. Having said that, the place is clean. The food is good, not the best, but it’s decent. I had a campechana, and the person that I was with had a molcajete. The campechana, was missing something, salt? Some condiment perhaps. The molcajete was good, the beef was kind of dried, but the chicken and shrimp were delicious. The salsa is the best salsa (the one in the molcajete). Their prices, in my opinion, are kind of high for what you’re getting. It was $122 for two campechanas, a molcajete, and 3 beers. The service was good, also. Not the best, over the top friendliness, but decent. There’s a small parking lot in front of the restaurant.

I must declare that the food tasted great. However, I know that inflation is playing a bid deal on all of us, but the portion for a tostada de camaron for 9.99 is a bit disappointing. Furthermore, it had 1 tostada that happened to break. I believe they can do better. In fact, they should do better.

It’s an ok place to come to, the happy hour special isn’t what it seems, the corona bottles are the tiny bottles and the oysters are ok and the wings are subpar. What annoyed me was getting charged a dollar for a 30 dollar transaction. Service was slow but they need more staff, and they had an exposed ceiling with insulation exposed which wasn’t very sanitary considering all dust, I just hoped it would of been better than expected but not this one.

Very clean restaurant and meat market. Food was good but seemed on the higher side.

Decided to give this very big, often empty restaurant, with bad Yelp reviews, a chance since I’m often in the area. I came across a coupon from a dining application and decided to purchase it and come in to give them a try. The staff knew nothing of the coupon, they put the owner on the phone and he refused it. I had a drink and left. The staff was nice and I understand it isn’t their fault but the owner either is really rich, or this business is a front because this place looks doomed for failure at this rate. The menu is outrageously overpriced. $6.99 per taco. And $20+ plates. They also charge $2 to use credit cards and are charging a 10.25% sales tax which I believe is more than the area.

Good luck, if they are truly hurting I hope they turn things around for the staffs sake because they seem like really nice people.

Their picante de mariscos I tried today was tasty, the portions are large, and their homemade salsa was just like in Mexico. The only downside is that you get charged $2 extra if you pay by card.
