I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I custom ordered an ice cream cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and when I went to go pick it up I was very irritated with the outcome of the cake. The frosting was smeared over the top, the writing was all different sizes and uneven, the printout was just slapped on there and not even cutout evenly. Then when I asked for them to attempt to clean it up, the manager seemed confused and like she wasn’t sure what I was asking for and was wanting. Not only this but the kitchen area looked extremely dirty and unhygienic. I would not recommend ordering a cake from this location.

Been at Benton DQ at least 20 times. Every time the dine in or drive thru has been super fast, and the food hot. Dining in, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. This store is way better than the one in Draffenville KY. Only downside for disabled person is if you were in a wheel chair, the men’s bathroom would be difficult to manage.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a new large dipped strawberry cheesecake and a new mixing bowl. However, there was hardly anything in our ice creams. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this issue; in the past, the ice cream has been pink and brown in color and didn’t taste like vanilla.

Ordered 4 blizzards and a 6pk of ice cream sandwiches for delivery. It arrives with no sandwiches so I call and they tell me I have to come get them or get a refund. Put my blizzard in the freezer and go get them. They offer nothing in return. Get home to my blizzard to find out it doesn’t have cheesecake bites that I paid extra for and the choco brownie extreme had no brownies. Very disappointed in the service and the way it was handled.

I’m not sure who took my order tonight but he was young, tall, dark curly hair and glasses. He was so so so kind and sweet. I never leave reviews but the kindness was amazing and someone definitely deserves a raise. He was awesome and everyone in service industry should take after him.

I used to love eating here however here recently I’ve noticed soggy bread in my chicken basket and my fries are never fresh. I’ve tried different times of the day to see if maybe that would help but unfortunately I just can’t get hot freshly made food here. The staff are always nice and fast however the food just not what it used to be

Service was slow. Stood at the counter for a good 4 minutes before being acknowledged. Several staff and a manager walked by and said nothing. Food was fine and ice cream was fine.. seemed like the staff didnt want to be there and wasnt in a hurry to serve the lobby area. Drive through was busy but that doesnt mean neglect your lobby

Went in late on a Saturday night for ice cream. The treats were perfect as usual but the star of the show was Phillip the asst manager. He was super friendly and professional. Best experience ever at a fast food establishment.

I ordered a ice cream cake and it was for my wife’s birthday. To the person or people who made it fabulous job. She said that it was the best birthday ever and by far the best birthday cake she’s ever had. I highly highly recommend this dairy queen of benton Kentucky. And the young man who checked me out at the register went above and beyond to find me a box and some ice so it didn’t melt b4 we got home. Thanks for your service dairy queen employees.
