pyramid (that’s how I would describe it) first visit and fish tacos the second and will say that you definitely get your moneys worth and will be very satisfied by the time you leave. These people are very nice, we were comfortable and the place was packed. They give you chips and salsa so enjoy, be patient as it takes time to serve everyone but it will be worth any way you have. We recommend them and are very happy they opened up this restaurant as Deming needed something other than another Mexican restaurant in town.

Great Mexican Seafood! Went on a Sunday night and were pleasantly welcomed. The food had a delightful flavor to it. Lovely flavorful orange sauce that come with shrimp plate Fiesta. The steak tacos also have a wonderful flavor nice and tender. The service was great our waitress Jacky was attentive.

BEST Seafood in NEW MEXICO !!! LOVE THEIR SUSHI very flavourful, very fulling, everything is just so delicious. Be prepared to come back because you can’t simply just try one thing, EVERYTHING is soo good, We drive 2 1/2 hrs just to dine in, service is also great, very friendly, food comes out fast. Also very clean environment.

This place in Deming NM is the best!! Too bad they are closed Tuesday and Wednesday!! They have the most delicious Agua Chiles and everything else is good!! Very, very nice waitress’. They are open Thursday thru Monday!

Was so excited for our next trip into Deming to visit family and go to this place after seeing it being advertised! We went at about 2 PM on a Sunday and the place was an absolute mess. We legitimately could not sit at a table that wasn’t covered in food and haven’t been bussed yet. Only about three tables were actually in use, the rest of them were still covered in plates and leftovers from previous customers. We decided to do takeout and had to sit at the hightop chairs by the window (also dirty) in order to wait for the food to be ready— $19. Waited about 25 minutes, the table space was only cleaned about two or three minutes before our order was called. We got the shrimp ceviche, And it was still edible, but the shrimp DEFINITELY should’ve sat in lime juice a little bit longer. The picture below is after 20 mins of being given the food— shrimp still mostly grey. Additionally, we ate this on the road trip back home (Not ideal but we wanted to try this place really bad) and they packed it in a Styrofoam takeout container. By the time we were actually given the bag at the restaurant it had already leaked out some. It would make far more sense just to get actual plastic deli containers or resealable instead of packing something so liquidy in a styrofoam container? I’m not sure if I would go back, the people sitting next to us didn’t seem so pleased either, so I’m not sure if we just went on a bad day or if this isn’t the place for us..

Very good food this is my 3 time coming to El Molcajete and everything as food service and the atmosphere was excellent. There was only 2 tables available at the moment and they still managed to get our food out fast.
I can assure you that when a restaurant is packed its because the food is goooooood. I recommend the Buffalo hot wings and hot chettos sushi
